I can confirm every negative thing…

I can confirm every negative thing being said about this company. Order three items with 2 day shipping. Never received order after two weeks. Sent email that was never answered. Spoke to customer service and they gave the usual excuses about Covid etc. cancelled my order and was told refund should appear within the next few days. We shall see. There are a lot of patriotic companies out there who are working hard to represent their products in a professional and dignified manner. This is not one of them..

Not impressed

Not impressed! I like their designs but read the fine print "may be shipped after date". So 1 week after that date I email to see where my order is & told "There was a mix up & they are working on shipping my order out". Another week goes by with no update & again I am told "There was a mix up & they are working on shipping my order out". I said No Thanks and got my full refund.
The shirts look good but shipping is empty promises.

No Order After 12 days!

Confirmation email, but nothing else. Over 10 days went by and no shipment. Reached out to customer service and no email back. Reached out to Facebook and they replied with that they sent me a response. They lied. They’re a scam of a company and they don’t ship the products you pay for. I still don’t have what I ordered. Customer service is no help and they told me that they aren’t Amazon and can’t ship fast. 2 tshirts! Poshmark and eBay independent sellers ship faster than them.

No Product + No Communication = Disappointment

Orders are supposed to take 3-7 days to ship. Over 21 days later my order is "unfulfilled".

I love the concept of supporting a US business but not when they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I had to reach out to them and received this.

Their response: "Unfortunately, I don't currently have a definitive answer as to why your order has not shipped..." weeks later, same status.

If this happens to you, open a credit card dispute.

I bought a polo from them

I bought a polo from them, the logo was a sticker and came off within a few washes. I decided to write a review on their site to warn future customers, and after making an account and logging into their third party review service, I found out they set the review hidden so it will never show up on the public website. So the polo still shows zero reviews. Manipulating the reviews to only show glowing 5 star reviews must be the real morals of this company to exploit veterans trust.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order, this company is absolutely horrible. Placed an order and waited 2 months. Called customer service three times and was told each time they had no idea why my order was not being processed.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don't make the mistake I did.

This company is something else. They'll take your money no problem and then never send your order.

I signed up for 1 month subscription on May 27th and never received the subscription box for the month of June even though I paid for it. After contacting customer service 4 times over 2 weeks I was finally told I was not going to receive my item(s).

This company is a joke. Do yourself a favor and steer away.

Bad quality product

Bad quality product, and not very friendly customer service.

After being very angry at an order that I received from them, I was told that this place was also terrible to its employees,as well. Especially the veterans.

I love the company and what they stand…

I love the company and what they stand for. The designs they put on the shirts are great. The quality of the shirts themselves is absolutely terrible!! I have 6 and they have all had issues within the first 6-9 months.

Garbage Made In CHINA!

I ordered a concealed carry coat from Nine Line Apparel, which was clearly noted (on their website) to have been manufactured in the United States. After I waited almost a month, my order arrived and I noticed that the tag in my coat stated that it was made in China. So basically, I paid close to $100 (with shipping) for a cheap shirt made in China with an American flag embroidered on the chest. I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again!

Wasted $34

Wasted $34. The shirt they sent was supposedly a women’s large. Couldn’t even get it over my shoulders and I am not big. 5’8” and 130 pounds. It doesn’t even fit my slight built 12 year old. Company denies there’s a problem and wants me to pay the shipping to send a new one. I won’t fall for that mistake twice. Never again will I order from them.

I was hoping that I could find a…

I was hoping that I could find a quality, USA made or even something that wasn't made in CHINA conceal carry jacket from Nine Line Apparel. Not the case....I am willing to pay the extra money for US made quality products; but where can they be found?! I purchased the Lightweight Conceal Carry Jacket in a large with the American flag on the left breast. The jacket is too big, uncomfortable and disappointingly is made in CHIIINAAA. A word of advise....charge more but offer better products....Great Americans will pay for quality.

Bad Business if you expect customer...

If I could, I'd give them zero stars. Placed my gift order that should be shipped priority. They didn't even get a shipping label on it til a week later, and never shipped it priority once they finally did. Now it will not arrive in time to give the gift. It's not expected to get here til after the recipient is gone. All in all a week and 1/2 because they didn't get it out on time nor ship it out properly. Very disappointed in this company's customer service, too. Sent emails, texts and posted on their FB site with no response. I have bought their apparel from fundraisers in the past, so I THOUGHT perhaps this was a reputable company, They don't even respond to the problem. Never order from them or think "priority" status will get it to you on time when it takes them a whole week to even slap a label on it and send it out the door. Bad Business! Very disappointed.

I do not recommend nineline apparel

I do not recommend nineline apparel. They allow others to sell their products. These people lie and up charge the products. When you contact customer service they respond with “ they set their own prices” The product is also very weak and cheaply made. I had a shirt last 1 wash before it was ruined. This is not a proud American company. They don’t even make all their products in America.

Slow to ship, but kind on the phone

I have placed three orders with this company in close proximity, one being a gift. I have waited for over two weeks and the orders are still listed as "unfulfilled". As a veteran, I trusted this company, as they advertise they are founded by veterans and they serve veterans. I sent two emails about my order and one was answered in which I was told to wait on my order. Update: I received a personal phone call from someone at NineLine, they apologized and explained the order was held up by one item that was not in stock. They offered to change it with a similar in stock item and ship the same day. I suggest if you are having a problem with them, call them instead of email.

Great company and great products

I've bought several items from Nine Line and the quality is terrific. The card holder metal wallet, AMAZING. The Tervis mug, holds temperature. Made in USA too.
Shipping time is long, not going to lie. But the one time I had to make a return, they sent a return slip immediately, acknowledged receiving the item I returned within 90 minutes of the tracking receipt, and gave me no problem. They don't refund shipping, big deal. Totally understandable.
I will absolutely keep buying from Nine Line.

Been well over a month with no answer…

Been well over a month with no answer and round about customer service calls on where my merchandise is that I ordered mind you I am a very frequent customer who has yet to have a problem but after this I refuse to give them another dollar from me. I don’t mind waiting but no one can give me a single answer as to what is going on! Ridiculous....

the worst company

the worst company. World's Worst Customer Service. I bought some item from this company and a month later I never received my order and it refunded my money because I had them and demanded after filing a master card fraud complaint after this complaint. he replied to the email. because before the complaint he does not answer the email. he promised to send me my article anyway because of their late service but several days and email he never send my articles. I often buy online but I have to admit that nine line is the worst company in the world to avoid buying from this company where nothing works inside this company.
