Payment Taken, No Resolution Misleading Responses
I placed order #1196379 and paid via PayPal. The payment shows as completed (green) in my account and even allows me to open a PayPal dispute.
The delivery was supposed to be 1–3 days, but after almost 10 days I heard nothing. When I contacted them, the first response claimed they had shipped it — but they sent me a delivery confirmation for a completely unrelated customer!
I asked them to check again. This time they replied that my payment was not received and asked me to pay again. This is despite PayPal confirming that my payment went through. I opened a dispute in PayPal, but they have not responded there either.
What worries me even more is that while the website is ninja.ro, the payment goes to a completely different email/domain. Each time I contact them, I receive conflicting or incorrect information.
To me, this feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious
