Ninja Food Processor with Auto-IQ BN650UK

I bought the Ninja Food Processor with Auto-IQ BN650UK because I thought it was going to be a decent all rounder. It's not... I personally think it's pretty rubbish. It minces veg rather than chops, it's rubbish for soup and the purée function is just a really fine chop. It's quickly become redundant cupboard fodder and I've returned to the £5 blender I got from a charity shop. I feel I fell for brand name over quality and functionality.

Shocked this is not more of a concern

Shocked this is not more of a concern.

Have had my Ninja AF400UK 9.5L duel air fryer for just over 2 years. The warranty expired in May 2025 but I noticed the last few times I have used it, it was smoking and getting hot. Then two days ago it caught fire and I found the whole back had melted. I looked online and found numerous people with the identical issue and all melted from the back. Most had contacted Ninja to complain with mixed response, some received full or part exchanges some nothing. Initially they offered me 30% off a new one and I explained I was not happy that it cost so much money for a product that only lasted 2 years!! She then came back and offered me a new unit but not including the drawers? Not sure why no drawers but I accepted it as better than nothing but I must stress I am still very concerned regarding the safety of the product. I have contacted Citizens Advice who are pursuing the safety aspects of the product

Shocking company

Shocking company, can't leave any comments that might be negative to them as they review them then delete them internally. I have requested for refund many times but been ignored. Cowboy company, they refuse to issue £380 refund after the products returned to them unopened.

Avoid shocking company my 15 in 1 multi cooker has gone faulty after 1 year two months phoned them and basically was told tough it’s out of guarantee no offer of a chargeable repair, contacted some repair company’s and they all say same you can’t get ninja parts . So I’m off to buy a new one today and can safely say it will not be a ninja , when it was working I thought it was amazing but their after sales was diabolically bad

Exploding processing jug - Faulty items - Do not buy

I purchased the following product in April 2019:

Ninja Complete Food Processor with Auto-iQ and Nutri Ninja 1500W - BL682UK2

I had to replace the processing jug in Oct 2021 due to cracks and leaks in the jug.
In Nov 22, the replacement jug exploded causing damage to my kitchen.
I have raised the issue with this company and had zero response - will never purchase another one of the products

Please do not order from this company…

Please do not order from this company or any of its micro sites! It has many names, Ninja Kitchen UK & Ninjafoodies for example, all the same company! You order a product, especially from their claimed Black Friday Sale, with the promise of Fast & Free postage, payment is taken immediately and days later you get a dispatch notification from both Ninja and DPD and then DPD notify you the following day that they have received your order details from Ninja, but have not yet received your parcel. You then contact Ninja Customer Service and they'll say they will open a case with DPD, which takes 7-9 working days! You attempt to cancel order and they say the only way to cancel, is to refuse delivery. A delivery that will never arrive. It's a total scam! I ordered a product on the 03/11/2022, then recieved notification of dispatch on the 06/11/2022 and then received notification from DPD on 07/11/2022. This is exactly what many others are reporting. I phoned today and was told as stated above! Luckily, I paid by credit card, so I will be invoking my right to claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Please don't order! You stand a chance of never receiving you goods and will have to spent months fighting for a refund! Some have received their orders, a lot of people haven't!

Update 09/11/2022
After kicking up a fuss, mysteriously my item was dispatched and delivered next day. Although my problem was rectified by some serious complaining, the many other negative reviews especially about customer service speak for themselves. It's a shame as the products are mostly are very good. Must try harder Ninja Kitchen!

Perfect service

I can’t comment on the negative reviews but the air fryer I was waiting for came back in stock yesterday and I ordered it and it was delivered today.

Couldn’t ask for better service and delivery was much quicker than I was expecting

Ninja have confirmed on Twitter this is one of their websites

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a Ninja dual 9.5L air fryer from them. The very first time (remember the words first time) I switched it on to use it and the display came up with the word "shut". I looked online for a fault solution and nothing worked. My husband called Ninjacooking and was told by their advisor it was faulty and that it needed a replacement base, they didn't have one in stock but call back Friday to get a replacement base unit. I was confused because one it faulty and two I have to call them again to get a replacement base. Friday came an we called them again only to be told that the base is out of stock and call back Monday. Completely frustrated at this point I asked them to explain what the base unit is because to me it looks like a sealed unit and the advisor couldn't explain it. Feeling even more frustrated I asked him to confirm to me that should he have a spare base unit they were expecting me to be an engineer and replaced said base unit, he replied yes. Laughing I said it's like me delivering him a brand new car and it not working and getting him to replace the engine when one becomes available but he will need to ring me every week to see if i have one, ridiculous!. I then asked to speak to a manager (of course none are available). At this point I'm really annoyed. So remember the air fryer has never been used. I tell him I am not prepared to call every week to see if they have a spare part, the item is faulty, and never worked, I want a refund!. At first he protested but eventually agreed to refund me..I asked how long it would take to get my money back and was told it would be 10 days as dpd needed to open an investigation and I had to pay £50 for dpd to collect it (an investigation in to what??)I said no!. I've gone to my credit card company for a refund and told Ninjakitchen come and get it.at their expense. AVOID AVOID, AVOID!!!

Quick delivery

Read all the reviews over the weekend, researched the website (it is legit) but price was too appealing so decided to pay on PayPal as hoped that if ninja foodi 14in 1 didn’t arrive then I hoped I would be protected for the £200 I was paying. Placed order 9pm Sunday 3rd July 2022. Item dispatched 4th and arrived today 5th July. Got my free mitts too. I can’t see any issues ordering but I did feel apprehensive because of all the bad reviews. My experience was positive.

Fast delivery

I was sceptical about this website after reading their reviews on trust pilot but when I phoned Ninja customer support they confirmed that it was one of their official websites and was legit.I received my parcel the very next day as they had promised and they also delivered the free apron with it. It was also cheaper compared to Ninjakitchen and I had no problems registering my warranty online.I can see some people had a bad experience with them but my experience has been good so far

Service is excellent

Ordered on a Sunday, delivered Monday 11am. I was concerned about ordering, as hard to find info on this website. But Ninja confirmed this is their "offer" site. They have 2 sites - ninjakitchen and ninjacooking. Paperwork and invoice from Ninja in Leeds. I checked Twitter and it was confirmed there as well. So no worries ordering from here. Hope this helps.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy any items from this company. We are STILL trying to get a refund from them… they sent the items out after 6 times of cancelling it (10 weeks later)
If you order from this company - do so at your own peril.
It is a total sham scam crap and double crap company.

Delivered a few days later than the next day promised. It did arrive though and was well packaged. Air fryer was 30 quid cheaper on the cooking site rather than the kitchen one although I think they're the same company.

BAD!BAD!BAD

BAD!BAD!BAD! Ordered the Ninja Grill Max 8 days ago when it was on offer but it never arrived even though it stated it was being dispatched and will be delivered by DPD. I chased few times but there was still no action taken by Ninja Kitchen or Ninja Cooking (same company). Left me no choice but to ask to be fully refund!!!! I am still waiting for the refund! The website claims next day delivery ,but it appears they don't have stock available for many products , but they only inform you a few days later after they they have taken your money. It appears there is no such thing as Next Day Delivery' ! Be very careful!!! Would Suggest to not buy direct with them even when they appear to have an attractive offer.

Doesn't seem to be a genuine Ninja website

Tried to order on this website using my bank card and PayPal but nothing went through. There are no contact details or menu on the website and no money was taken but as I assume they now have my bank details I've had to cancel my card.
This and the fact that the product is £20 cheaper than anywhere else with free postage has led me to believe if something seems too good to be true it usually is.
