The worst multi cooker ever created.
Purchased the Ninja 15 in 1 multi cooker. Probably the worst kitchen item I have ever bought. I have worked as a chef previously and I know how to cook, and this Ninja cooker either burns everything or overcooks it. I strongly recommend everyone to stay well clear. I suspect the item is faulty. We are really upset as we have wasted over 200 pounds on an item that is not fit for purpose.

Profiteering from poor quality
The food processor bowl of my BN800 blender and food processor has broken, despite only being used a handful of times. From reading online, this appears to be a very common occurrence yet Ninja want to charge £50 to replace the bowl - this is blatant profiteering and puts a bitter taste in my mouth having bought a few Ninja products over the years. I will be looking to replace my food processor with another brand.

Absolutely superb customer service
Absolutely superb customer service. I had a set of two frying pans that after a years use they lost their non stick aspect. There was no quibble and new ones were sent out within the week. Extremely pleased with the new and improved coating on my new pans.

Took a while to be convinced to buy the air fryer and should have listened sooner. Amazing piece of kit.
So much so have two of their ceramic pro dying pans, which so far are amazing and there 3 in 1 blender etc and that I could but live without.
If any of the people in R & D reads this, have you ever thought about making a stand mixer better than the Kitchen Aid which are now make to fail. Not impressed with that. All metal gears etc. I would by one of those. Currently looking at a Swiss made unit at £695. Just a thought.
