Ninja creami deluxe smelling of burning…

I bought a ninja creami deluxe for my husband direct from ninja as a Christmas present. It started to make the ice cream like dust and smelt of burning! So I switched it off. After ringing customer service told them I wasn't happy with the creami deluxe and want a refund as a replacement may also have the same fault and defeats the object of buying it as gift if you can't even use it and have a risk of it burning your house down!. So technically they are happy for the item to catch fire on a trouble shooting call! I'm not risking that it's common sense you don't switch something back on that smells of burning!

DO NOT EVER BUY DIRECTLY FROM NINJA

This company hands down has the absolute worst customer service ever. Bought a Ninja slushie in early November 2024 for a Christmas gift. The package never made it to me. I tried multiple times to get them to refund me because they were the shipper and they could file a claim against the carrier. In all honesty they basically told me to pound salt. To this day I’ve never received a refund and had to file a stop payment through my credit card company. This company is run by a bunch of low life individuals!!!

Excellent product support

Relatively new purchase of foodi. Worked fine then pressure lid wouldn't lock. Spoke to support. Used my phone camera to show issue. Agent hadn't come across this before but suspected lid fault. Just received replacement within 48 hrs at no cost. Working fine. Excellent service.

It is impossible to get hold of anyone…

It is impossible to get hold of anyone from customer service.
I filled in the online form as a part was missing from a gift I received.
I received an email saying to ring customer services, but it just has you on hold endlessly. I doubt there is actually anyone on the other end of the line.
There is no other way of contacting them!
Appalling customer service.
If it wasn’t a gift I’d have returned the product to the retailer.

Double Stack XL airfryer, better than expected

Ordered a Double Stack XL airfryer last Friday, had a bunch of confusing emails from different couriers re the delivery (Chronopost, DSV France, DPD) and was expecting the worst based on other reviews here, but all arrived safe and sound this morning.

The airfryer itself is clearly a return/refurb; the packaging had been opened and the paperwork had been used, but the actual device looks fine and has no damage. It looks good on the kitchen counter, and a brief test of the features seemed to work as expected. It will take a while to learn everything it can do (and I'm pretty sure I'll just stick to the basics anyway) but so far I'm happy with the experience.

Super disappointed, faulty products extremely bad quality

Super disappointed. The coating of my first air fryer came off in less than a month, despite this being a very expensive item (the dual-zone 9.5-litre air fryer). They sent me a full replacement, but it was faulty — one of the heating elements or the fan made a loud rattling noise. It felt like they sent a refurbished or defective item that hadn’t been checked properly.

Where is the safety in these products?

They sent me a base unit replacement, but it arrived covered in white spots that looked like fat residue, clearly another used item. What a waste of time! They then sent another base unit, and, unbelievably, it arrived in the same condition.

Finally, they agreed this was unacceptable and sent a full replacement, which arrived today. However, the crispy plate had an indentation mark, the plastic on one side of the machine's wall was already separating, and there were white spots all around the metal area again.

Is this acceptable? Is Ninja sending faulty and refurbished products while I’m paying full price for a new product?

Stay away from this company.

I bought a multi-koker 300e and the quality is terrible. The pot inside has chips from just inserting the strainer. The brown insert also has chips. It happens by itself because I use wooden tools. The same with the ice maker... ice cream containers have scratches after use. It's better to buy other equipment than spend 500e on these machines and have scrap at home. Zero quality..

I haven't heard about it. I wrote to customer service without successful.

I use a vpn as we all do these days. Ordered from them, everything seemed fine and then they accused me of fraud and cancelled my order and I can no longer order from them with my email!!
The last thing you want to do i accuse a genuine customer of fraud and ban them!!
Would give a zero s its messed up my mums xmas present but you cant give 0 stars!!

Shipping and customer service resolution

Completed a purchase for the Ninja Slushie on 11/28/24. There had been no movement within two weeks other than label created. Called customer service and was told there was a delay on shipping and that FedEx was behind. Contacted FedEx to resolve which was then out back on Ninja. Spoke with them again and was told it was waiting on the warehouse and could take up to 10 business days to ship. There still has been no movement on my package that was ordered over 20 days ago. Customer service said they could cancel the order and create a new one but that it would take 2-4 weeks due to being out of stock. They could not explain why I would get it quicker when it’s out of stock than when it was in stock when the order was placed.

My Ninja blender stopped charging. We tried and trie to get it to charge but no luck. I loved this product but after that na not happening.
Very pi..ed off. It was over a year later so no come back just wrong in anyones book.

Stay away from this company, order via Amazon or another trusted reseller, avoid this website. No service and returns are terrible. I only got half of my money because these incompetents don't know how to provide labels.

Been waiting for replacement draw to…

Been waiting for replacement draw to come back into stock, eventually they have stock so ordered the Left Draw (1) but they could even get that right and sent the Right Draw (2), I expect it will now be months before they have stock back in leaving the air fryer 50% useless.
