I made a design on Canva for an upcoming girls trip and I uploaded it to the site. I just got my patches and they are AMAZING!!! From purchase date to arrival, was 18 days. I love them! Thank you!!

I am extremely disappointed with this order. A very small run of just 12 custom patches took an unreasonably long time to arrive, which already set a bad tone. Unfortunately, the product quality was far worse than the delay.

The lettering is uneven in height and immediately noticeable. On top of that, there is a strange raised extrusion in one part of the design that does not appear anywhere else on the patch. It looks like a production error.

These patches are unusable. We will be throwing them away. For a custom product, consistency and attention to detail are the bare minimum, and this order missed both. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

I couldn't find an explanation on why a background color was required on their site and when I did some research, it looked like it would just be the color it was embroidered on. Based on the background color chosen, my design was completely different. I contacted Ninja Patches and they redid the order. The new patches are exactly what I wanted and look great.

First time ordering from Ninja Patches and the whole experience was just great. I was a little nervous about the design, but someone from the team reached out to me right away to let me know a change needed to be made to my file for it to be clear and legible. I really appreciated that. The patches look even better than I expected, especially for the small details. The turnaround time was shorter than I estimated and the shipping was fast. The best customer service, hands down, I've ever received from a supplier. I will definitely be ordering again.

This was my first time ever ordering patches. Not a good turn out.

When you order something from a company you expect them to care about the quality of the item. However, the patches I was sent had writing that was not even readable. When I contacted them, they blamed it on me and gave me no course to fix it. No refund. Just deal with it. I dont understand how as company you can in good consicous send out such garbage. I will never order from them again.

PS. I always order stickers from another company. They come with a proof that the worker checks first. This might be a good idea for Ninja Patches to do before you send out 50 items to put in the garbage.

I had several issues with my order. I saw an advertisement for 5 Day Turnarounds on embroidered patches, which I clicked. However this option did not apply to 3D Embroidered Patches.

I received my patches past my deadline.
When I received the patches, it had been altered. The fonts were replaced. The icons were not printed clearly.

Ultimately I would not return to NinjaPatches for a future order. I will admit that email correspondence was really good, polite, informational, and timely.

I am so happy with the product that I received! The patches look even better than I expected for having some small details. The patch has an irregular shape and I was afraid that there would be extra material in the empty space. Much to my surprise, the cut out was done exactly as it should be without me having to go back and forth to request it and it looks just like the image I uploaded. The turn around time was shorter than the estimated time. The shipping was fast and the product arrived early. I will definitely order again in the future, especially for custom pieces!! This is my first time using Ninja Patches. It has not been the smoothest of experiences. The initial outcome was not what my are called for. I sent edits to Ninja and was not allowed to see the outcome until post production. Loose stitches and such are noticeable with the text. Customer service seemed to be remote and not with the production shop. I did get my $19 back for the proofs. The patches arrived and are not a crisp as I would have hoped. I own a professional embroidery company and am looking for a vendor to take on my patch making orders. The Jury is still out if this will be Nija.

Your communication is terrible. Never confirmy order or sent a status update. When the patches arrive you have cropped out my company logo of the design making them useless. I have sent a form indicating this and I expect a full refund of my money.

You actually saying that I have to pay even more to make sure that you print the complete design provided to you? Some how it is my fault for not paying more? It could not have been more clear, a promotional patch with ONE image and ONE text below (single word) and some how you decided that the text wasn’t necessary? Even in your website the file provided to you shows all the elements. If this is your way of apologizing for a mistake you are doing a terrible job.

the order was delayed after doing fast shipping the sent it via USPS and the colors of the patches don't match and don't look good at all, this isn't the first time this has happened and will never order from them again

Wrong product shipped again. Company refused to correct mistake. This is the third issue we’ve had. Time to move on to another company.
