RJ was extremely helpful in helping explain what happen to my product as well as providing the best solution to help fix the issue I had. There was very quick and responsive customer service. I’m pleased with the results I got.

I cannot say enough good things about Ninja Transfers, especially Clarifel! She has personally helped me twice, and both experiences were amazing.
The first time, there was an issue with one of my transfers when it arrived, and Clarifel immediately took care of it and sent me a replacement ASAP. The second time I ordered, I was hoping to use a coupon, and she went above and beyond by giving me $20 toward my order.
Customer service like this is hard to find! They truly care about their customers and making sure they are happy. Ninja Transfers will ALWAYS have my business, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, Clarifel, for being so helpful, kind, and amazing to work with!

Cian was extremely helpful in chat when I realised that I had made an error with one of the designs on my gang sheet and reached out to see if I could replace the image with the correct one. We have thoroughly enjoyed the quality of our orders from Ninjatransfers so far, and Cian's expertise and friendly manner today reiterated why we would recommend Ninjatransfers to anyone!

I moved from another DTF vendor to Ninja and I honestly can say with just the 2 orders I made so far (about 90+ transfers) they have been a pleasure to work with!! We had a lil hiccup with some of the letters being too small that it didn’t print on the transfer. Danmark was easy to talk to and understood my concerns, made the corrections for me and have them in process to be sent out again!! This has been the best and swiftest customer service experience I have had in a long time. I’m sticking with Ninja!

When I first started ordering from Ninja Transfers it went fairly well, except the turnaround time is unpredictable. I'm new at this business and just trying to get it off the ground so this has become problematic. This last order of 6 items totaling under $20 is taking 10 days to get to me after it ships. When I contacted Ninja, they became belligerent and falsely claimed that "it depends on the shipping option you choose" which was baloney because I always choose the least expensive method. The quality of the product is also hit or miss and haven't figured out the logistics of that. There are definitely cheaper places online out there for DTFs, and might be where I need to go next.

The transfers arrived on time, (as it should given you have to pay for postage) looked good too. However after following every single step accurately using the parchment paper iron technique, the dtf didnt even stick on properly. Half on half off after pressing for ages. Now i have a ruined T shirt and delayed uniform for my staff. Our event is in TWO DAYS 😡. Extremely disappointed. Never again.

She was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to fix. Her customer service was truly exceptional.

Ninja Transfers has always been my go-to for DTF transfers because of their fast turnaround, outstanding print quality, and excellent customer service. Experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.

What I enjoyed the most with this experience was the customer service they were so kind and helpful and were willing to go out of their way to help me especially the following two teammates Diane and Ronald they where the best.
But regarding the ninja transfer app it was slow and sometimes non-responsive so that was not the best experience.
The overall quality of their products is top notch!
