Ronald was excellent on resolving my issues with my prints.

I found Ninja Transfer through videos on TikTok and thought I’d give them a try. I first tried something small for a small project that I was doing and knew what I was looking for was too complex for my circuit. The items came exactly what I provided and came very timely.

I decided to order a larger transfer for some shirts for our high school cheer squad. Again turned out great and came super quickly. Unfortunately one of the items was missing part of the transfer. I was able to reach out to the customer service department on a Sunday evening and Ronald was able to assist me with the problem and get it corrected right away with no delay.

Definitely a great company and will continue to order items through Ninja transfer!

Order #2229006. I STILL DON'T HAVE THIS CORRECTED. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE PICTURES. YOU PRINTED THEM WRONG TWICE!!! SIX WEEKS STILL NO DTFS I CAN USE AND NO MONEY REFUNDED!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Between Ronald and Cian my issue was fully taken care of. Customer service and product so far has been amazing! Will continue to do business with Ninja!

John was very helpful! The issue turned out to be on my side but he still took really good care of me and helped me reprint. I've made a few orders with ninja transfers and their quality is wonderful and now I am experiencing their customer service and it is also delightful!

Easy to use AI design tool helped me make a great custom transfer. I mistakenly selected pick up instead of delivery at check out and the Ninja staff quickly remedied the situation at no charge. Excellent customer service!! Five stars.

We had an issue with one of the DTF transfers in our order, and with a deadline to deliver shirts this week, we were worried we wouldn't be able to finish the job on time.

I reached out to Ninja Transfers, and Danmark went above and beyond to help. He responded quickly, arranged for a replacement transfer to be printed and shipped immediately, and made sure it would arrive within just a couple of days.

Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Danmark turned what could have been a disaster into a smooth experience. Thank you to him and the Ninja Transfers team for standing behind your products and taking care of your customers. We'll definitely continue ordering from Ninja Transfers!

I always have such an amazing experience with Ninja Transfers especially there are team always being reliable to count on when accidentally sending the incorrect artwork that needs to be printed. Everything about this company has been 5 star for me! The quality, price and customer service is amazing. I am placing my 3rd order today and I had a question on sizing on a gang sheet, Ronald was patient and very helpful in getting me the information I needed to feel comfortable in placing my order!

I paid a lot of money for the DTFs and none of the white ink showed up on any of the DTFs and all the DTFs that were pure white just did not get delivered but I was still charged for them. I called to get some help instead I was sent to a chatbot. Hopefully they correct DTFs will show up in time for my event but I am worried that the same will happen again.

Ninja transfers is seriously the best customer service I have ever worked with. They take above and beyond and truly do so much more than expected!

I have been a pretty loyal customer of Ninja Transfers. However, the service and quality has changed drastically over the last year. From the quality of the materials (metallic transfers not applying correctly) to my most recent corporate order that never arrived for a special event. They're not reliable. I would order from a less unpredictable vendor.

I ordered my second DTF roll from Ninja. They sent the roll changed the white color as transparent. So the white letter and white in the art work dose come out white. So I still haven't received what I ordered. Now printing shirts for a fundraiser for a child with leukemia is behind schedule. I only gave one star because there is not negative stars.

I had an issue with the print arriving incorrectly. I reached out and explained the problem, and was quickly assisted to help solve the problem by John. And I was in a bit of a rush, as I needed the printed to fulfill my order, and he was able to help me get the reprints within my timeline. Great customer service!!

Diane was great. She assisted me with my cart total and made it a smooth purchase experience. When I received my order, everything was great. Blanks were good quality, and transfers were vivid.

I've always been happy with the things I've gotten from Ninja. Shipping was always pretty solid. But this last order was slow to receive. When it did come in, some of the DTF material was missing from the design, they had to remake the order. They are using Amazon Shipping, each day I check the tracking and it keeps changing to Tomorrow....tomorrow never comes! I've now lost a client because of this shipping issue, so Ninja now has lost a client too.
