This is a scam.

This is a scam.
Don´t waste 80 GBP on just being pointed to the free and official Government websites.
I needed an EHIC for my wife and stipulated this in the process.
2 days later and a phone call to the relavent Government department achieved my requirement, free.

Unbelievable

I applied in October 2020 for getting my wife's national insurance number, I paid £60 to get it faster and they said within four weeks. After six weeks I was trying to call them back but nobody answer me so checking online, everybody was suggesting to don't pay because was a scam. I decided to ask my bank for claiming my money back and I've fortunately got it. I reapply so for free on December where they answer me shortly with a letter saying within 8 weeks you will get it. Since that I'm still waiting, I tried to call all the numbers available online but they pass their phone call to agencies that just shut down. So I've been to the job centre here in Bristol Uk a couple of days ago and Mr Mark Allen told me to carry on waiting. I explained him that nobody give a job without national insurance number and he said is not true, of course he never tried. So my wife told him, please just because this is the job centre, can you help me to find a job? Reply, without national insurance number we cannot help you. Unbelievable is just a shame

Awful experience

Awful experience. They didn't do their job and when I claimed back a refund, they only gave me back £18 out of the £48 they've took. Never use them, please

This is a scam

This is a scam. They took my money and did nothing. And send me a rude email saying I was not entitled to a refund because I agreed to their terms of service when I filled out the application online even though I called and spoke to someone on the phone. They should be shut down.
