Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.

I ordered a front lip for my BMW X5, and the fitment was terrible. The product did not match the vehicle properly and required significant modification just to make it sit somewhat correctly. This is not a simple installation issue — the part itself is poorly made and does not fit as advertised.

The material quality is also disappointing. For the price they charge, I expected a much better product. Instead, I received something that felt like a low-quality aftermarket part that requires forcing, bending, and adjusting to make it work.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. Responses take a very long time, and instead of taking responsibility for the fitment and quality issues, they keep looking for ways to avoid a proper refund. Even after the part was installed and the problems became obvious, they continued offering partial refunds instead of standing behind their product.

I also requested cancellation of another order before shipment because of this experience, and that process has been unnecessarily difficult as well.

If you own an expensive vehicle and expect parts that fit correctly out of the box, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, the products are low quality, the fitment is poor, and customer support is not willing to properly resolve problems when they occur. Not recommended. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Never refunded me

I purchased a spoiler several months ago, didnt like how it looked on my car. Disassembled it, packaged it up, brand new with bubble wrap. Payed $50 to ship the return and Ninte never refunded me. I called 6 times and no answer. Emailed several times and disregarded me. Lost $250 over this. Do not buy from them

Product description was incorrect on…

Product description was incorrect on the website. Had to return the product and they gave me the runaround with return requirements for 10 plus photos in panoramic view all of which I supplied and then they never provided me with a return address. This is a terrible company. Run the other way.

Terrible support and warranty. Buy elsewhere.

Ordered expensive led rgb headlights for my camaro, they worked great for a few weeks then driver side drl turns off and is unresponsive. Lots of condensation in the light. Contacted support went back and forth sending all the pictures and videos they asked for and then they stopped responding. Terrible business and support.

Difficult to deal with

Hi, 

You have accepted payment in full in the amount of $195.50 US and sent a defective product. This is theft and a completely unacceptable business practice. Please refund our payment of $195.50. I will ask Bank of America to flag your account as fraudulent. I have sent more than 13 pictures of where the screw hole was collapsed.I have been very patient and completely compliant of your picture and information requests.

I purchased a rear diffuser for my 2014…

I purchased a rear diffuser for my 2014 BMW 535i - M- Sport which the description on their website said it would fit. After taking it to a professional shop they told me that the diffuser does not even come close to fitting the car. I tried to reach out to this company with evidence from the body shop and they just sent me an email back with arrows pointing to a 30 day return policy. They didn’t want to send me the right one or help me in any way to solve this problem. They told me to sell it on eBay which I can not even do because I have no idea what car it evens fit. Terrible customer service. I understand return policies but I could not even get an appointment with the body shop well after 30 days.

nintestore.com sent me 2 broken items…

nintestore.com sent me 2 broken items and 1 item that was the wrong size.

Tried calling about 50 times and no one answers.

After a week of emailing they finally replied and refused to take the items back.

I left reviews on the items and they just keep deleting them. This is why every item on their website has a 4-5 star rating.

Scam

Scam ! Ordered wrong part tried to get refund called number on box . Different seller on box they informed me that they only sell on eBay and Ninte purchased the part from them for 60 bucks and sold it to me for 200 ! Don’t shop here!

Our warehouse have also cooperate with eBay shopping website, you received the package have eBay mark, as our warehouse staff made a mistake and use the wrong package to pack it.
The same item in the eBay shopping website have different price, as we all know, the quality is certainly not the same.
