Kelly provides an absolutely fantastic service with great cars at great prices. I will always book with her to avoid the big companies ridiculous hold deposits and gotcha extras. I would recommend Nippy Turtle to anyone visiting Cyprus.

Thank you Kelly for all your help. We had to cancel in 2020 because our holiday was cancelled due to Covid. Kelly agreed to honour our booking this year 5 years later! I hadn't been able fly again until now due to ill health and bereavement.
As others have said the car was basic but got us from a-b which is all we needed. Brilliant easy and convenient service 👍🏼

Full time Resident in Cyprus, used Company before and service was good.
This time, Daughter and Family visiting chose to Hire Car from this Company again and Car was delivered this morning. Was told Car had been in minor Accident today but Daughter accepted, as was reassured Back door handle could be used from inside the car - no other Cars were available! (Strange way to run a Business)

After going out short distance, back doors became inoperable from inside as well as outside car. Carrying two children and Daughter a ex Firefighter felt not fit for purpose if an accident occurred Children could be trapped!
Owners response was VERY FEW ACCIDENTS IN CYPRUS - the irony on this statement after being told the one we were meant to have received had been in an accident hence why we received this broken one 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️

On phoning Owner, her attitude stank and really couldn’t care less attitude, let alone an apology or attempt to try and source another vehicle - despite this being booked for 6 months.
Employee was left to sort out shambles and reimbursed our Daughter for which we were grateful, as Dee went above and beyond and unlike Kelly the owner could not stop apologising.
I have always in 10 years run praises of this Company but no longer. 😡

Friendly yet professional company. Great communications and there when you need them. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used them for many years and would not go anywhere else for our car hire!

This family run company will do anything to please and assist you , we rented a lovely 7 seater from them , very reasonable for a week ! Used them twice now and will use again next year when we return, Kelly and Dee so helpful

Great company who I would use again. I was curious why they were much cheaper than the competition and now I know - you are not getting the latest model cars, but safe and clean older models. I had been dreading this year, because prices all over Greece had gone up for rentals in 2022, but this was very reasonable indeed. The car was basic (but had the all-important air-con) and an older model than you'd get from the big names.

Communication was very good - we came on a late flight and the car was parked in the car park waiting for us, with a pre-payment ticket to get out of the secure parking. The paperwork had been left in the car and the next morning, we did the car inspection, marked the cuts and grazes on the sheet, photographed each page with our mobile and sent it back via WhatsApp.

The car got us up to Latchi and Coral Bay, and was surprisingly fuel efficient. The rule was to stay on tarmac roads which helps them keep the car in good condition (so rent an ATV locally if you want to go to Akama).

The only time we met a human was when we returned the car at the airport and met Dee. Let me tell you how lovely they are - when my husband called in a panic because he realised he'd left his prescription glasses in the car, they turned around and drove straight back and wouldn't even take any extra money for the petrol or inconvenience.

The hold came off the credit card after about 3 weeks, but that's fine.

Lovely company, and I would definitely recommend if your priorities are budget and service.

We just got back from our vacation and I couldn't give less than 5 stars here. We decided to drop the car off on our last day directly at the airport and there was no problems with that. Staff was extremely friendly, deposit was quickly released and a car itself was in the perfect condition. Thank you nippy turtle for making our stay even more smooth and magical 🙌😉 Highly recommended.

I initially booked a car with this company last year, prior to a holiday to Cyprus. Then the pandemic hit. I originally emailed them asking for a refund, but replies were not forthcoming. I then contacted Nippy Turtle by telephone. My details were taken by someone "manning" the office. Still no reply email. I then sent another email saying that I should write a review stating bad service. I then received a reply by email saying that I should not do a review and that they would keep my booking open for this year (2021). We are not in a situation at the moment to commit to a holiday, as one of my wife's parents is receiving palliative care and along with travel restrictions still ongoing we cannot commit to a date.I have emailed Nippy Turtle to request a refund but as of 1st April 2021 they have not replied. I would not want to deal with them again and would not recommend their customer service.
