You reached out to our customer service yesterday on a Sunday which is a holiday her in Denmark and before I had the chance to reply you Monday morning you rated us 1 star on Trustpilot.

I don't think you have any idea on what means to us. I'm so dissapointed with your behaviour.

Kuwait Post website is in Arabic so I have no way of understanding how to navigate it and search you parcel:

Just flawless

Just flawless! The whole experience from placing order to receiving it was very smooth. The bracelets are so well done, packed and gently delivered. Everything is well thought!

Shipment overseas was so fast! Especially during the holiday season, the package received well on time.

I would definitely go back and order again! It’s such a pleasure to support this cute family business. Amazing! Thank you so much!

I purchased 3 pieces of jewellery from Nirrimis and so far I only have good experiences with them. I’m totally satisfied with the products’ high quality, lovely packaging and welcoming customer service.
One time I ordered a bracelet but the one they sent was of wrong size. Good that they responded my complaint promptly and sent me the one on right size for free. So thumbs up!
