The customer service team is very responsive and helpful. That’s the best thing. The quality of the actual algorithm is legit, and I, as someone who has done signal processing, can see how the algorithms work. The method is diversified by nature of the algorithm and uses game theory to chase returns. All good things!

I have used Nirvana software and OmniFunds (off and on) for a while now. I’m not as active as others, but when I’m ready to engage they have the tools and the help I need. I’ve been impressed with Ed and Jeffs trading knowledge and effort to help their users. Everyone else is good too! I’m glad to see them succeed because these are good people.

This is not my first review. After posting several months ago about poor performance and lack of response, I was contacted directly by Ed Downs. He kept in touch for a bit and convinced me that big changes were underway - be patient. Not only did changes not materialize in gains, but Nirvana went radio silent. I am nearly 1 year in and down $10k for the buy in, $99/month x 10 months, with a -1.03% in the account performance. This leaves me with a total 19% loss that'll likely take in 26. Time to be truthful.

I’ve been using trading software for years, and I found it all cumbersome and hard to trade with. I got OmniTrader a while back and it was a real game changer! I can just run it and get good trades every day. I still have to pick which trades to take, but it makes it so much easier now to find good trades and also to manage them. Thank you Nirvana!

I wasn’t getting the performance I wanted, but then I discovered the OmniFunds lab. It allows me to combine portfolios to optimize for both returns and small drawdowns. I didn’t even know they had this feature when I bought it, but now I can create my own custom Omnifunds which makes me much more comfortable.

Let's be clear: If you haven't done your homework, this isn't for you. OmniFunds is a specialized instrument — a trend-following momentum system. It is not a day-trading tool. Through the January-to-March 'chop,' it remained quiet, which is precisely the behavior I wanted. I’m looking for higher returns in bull markets, but I’m sure they’ll get there based on the updates and improvements they’ve released.

Support here is absolutely top-tier. The team is attentive, competent, and genuinely concerned with helping me. My interaction with Nathan really stands out. They remember individual clients, which is an amazing sign of commitment. This dedication makes me feel like they are a true partner. Simply put: excellent customer service.

Been with this company sinceNovember 2024. Currently have four seperate accts. Over the course have switched between what I thought was performing programs and have lost 39%. They are still advertising these high gains. All their programs only trade twice a day; once on the morning and once at close. So without me monitoring all day and closing my positions manually the system continues until end of day then does something. I give them a 2-star rating because they are nice about it !!

I had a very unusual situation. I read about the company and research it and subsequently bought a license, and as I was going through the on boarding process, I was in a serious car accident, that changed my financial situation, and unfortunately needed cash to pay unexpected bills and a reduction in my in my income... so I had already signed the contract and paid the money for the license.. I made a few phone calls to the company and today they are sending me a full refund for my licensing agreement.. this to me is a company that I will do business with in the future, they were under no obligation at all whatsoever to refund me my payment... I would not hesitate to do business with a company that has this much credibility and empathy for its clients... I am a real person and my number in Rhode Island is 401-524-0580 ken..

I did not experence the results they put on their site. I have been in the "Safe Harbor" and "low draw down" I have lost 10% plus their fee in 12 months. On the bright side I got a call and they explained why my results were different than what was on their site. Additionally they honored their one year guarantee and gave me a full refund of my fee. Maybe my timing was just off.

Omnifunds provides many different options. I like being able to change funds based on how I feel about the market. This platform promises excellent and rewarding trading chances.

In response to Nirvanasystems narrative construction whereas they make it out that negative reviews aren't real customers or competitors. I had to be verified with Trustpilot in order for this review to be posted, I also asked Nirvanasystems for a full refund and haven't heard back from them. Beware the fake reviews.

I don't know who writes the 5 star reviews? I'm taking a big risk by waiting a year in order to get my 10k back. In a year I may have nothing left, I may be ahead just walking away.

I was looking for non-desktop dependent solutions, making OmniFund my primary focus. Crucially, I believe the OmniFund system is less susceptible to over-optimization. I'm extremely happy with the outcomes: my accounts OmniFund are generating impressive results.
