Nissan North America pulls Dealerships.

Nissan North America pulled their dealership out of Key West. Then 2 weeks later issued a recall on the engine. This meant I had to drive 125 miles to the closest dealer. My former dealer was 1 mile away. Fortunately the dealership had a used Chevrolet Traverse on sale so I traded in the Nissan Roque.

The phone system is soo bad

The phone system is soo bad! You can't talk to someone on the phone and the AI phone system is not smart. As soon as they (finally) say that you will get an agent, the phone system says that there is not anyone available.

Nissan vehicles are decent, BUT...

Nissan vehicles are decent, however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I find it interesting that when a company wants your money everyone is so friendly, almost as if you had walked into a brothel-very eager and attentive. But once they have your money, your usefulness is spent, unless of course you want to give them more of your money. I always thought prostitution was against the law in California. Obviously, I have a lot to learn.
People make a business, and Nissan on Capitol Expressway in San Jose is filled with BS liars who would say anything to get your money. I just read a review where someone said they were charged a fee for early payment. I hope I don't have to fight a similar charge. I specifically asked my "dealer" several times if there were any fees associated with an early payoff and he said, "No" and that it was against the law to impose any such fees in California. I'll just have to wait and see.

Nissan Temecula Refuses to Refund My $5,000 Deposit – Nearly 3 Years and Still Waiting! (“If I could give 0 stars, I would.”)

I made a $5,000 deposit at Nissan Temecula on March 19, 2022 ($4,000 via debit card and $1,000 in cash) for a vehicle. They gave me the wrong car twice, and the final car had mechanical issues. I returned it on April 14, 2022, and they initially promised to refund my deposit.

Almost 3 years later, Nissan Temecula still refuses to refund my money. They keep changing their stance, providing inconsistent responses, and refusing to communicate in writing, insisting only on phone calls to avoid accountability.

I have repeatedly contacted Nissan North America about this issue, yet they refuse to provide any email responses and insist on phone calls, avoiding written accountability. Despite multiple reports, Nissan North America continues to ignore my concerns and refuses to address the refund issue with Nissan Temecula.

To seek accountability, I have reported this issue to the California DMV, FTC, CFPB, and BBB. Yet, Nissan Temecula continues to ignore my refund request.

If you are considering buying a car from Nissan Temecula, BE CAREFUL! My experience shows they do not honor their refund commitments, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Nissan Finance is a RIPOFF!

Thought these guys were pretty good until today when I went to pay off the loan a few months early. Instead of telling me "Thank you for being a great customer and making us lots of money on interest and always paying on time" they turned around and said that because I am paying off the loan early I have to pay a penalty fee of $200!

What an absolute joke of a company! This is absolutely disgusting and will not be using them or recommending them ever again!

My other 2 loans that were paid out early had no fees at all!

My advice is stay away and get finance elsewhere where they might actually appreciate you as a loyal (and paying!) customer!
