It is a scam and their service does not work. Don’t waste your money fir their subscription. There is no refund that you can get if service does not deliver. Complete waste of time and money.

It's a complete scam. My account has been banned for 90% of the time the nitreo bot was "active". I received 0 followers and the bot was not doing what I was told it would; view, like and interact with my instagram feed. I paid over 60$ and received nothing back. When explaining this to the nitreo support team and asking for a refund, I receive an automated email informing me that my subscription has been cancelled. No refund, no apology or explanation but they had the gut to include a 15% discount code if I wanted to resubscribe. I'm writing this review before filing a dispute with my bank as well as reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. It's a clear and complete scam and they're naive enough to think they will get away with it just because they're not located in the US.
Worst experience I have ever had with a business. I signed up for the most expensive package. My account proceeded to recieve two seperate 24 hour bans from nitreo, rendering me completely locked out of my account. I have been completely ghosted by the entire nitreo team and denied a refund, almost as if they got my money then cut contact and hoped I wouldn't do anything about it. Please please please do not waste your time and money with this company. I wish the absolute worst for them and hope their joke of a business fails miserably. To Andy my "account manager" and the rest of the nitreo team, if there even is one, I hope you are ashamed of yourselves.
I wish i came here first. I have had this service for less than one week and i've been locked out of my account TWICE. I have gained NO new follows, NO new likes and their customer service is NON EXISTENT. Don't even bother, this is the worst service EVER>
I signed up a few days ago.....little did I know it was impossible for me to access my password.....some glitch with Instagram but not fixable....I continue to try to convey that message through emails with someone from nitro....he obviously hasn’t read ANY of them and continues to send me the same emails asking whether I have changed my p.w.

from when I signed up my account went from following 380ish people to 1300 people in order to gain more followers. In the 3 weeks on a 'rapid' services I gained less than 60 followers which I could have manually done myself in that time.
I would have persisted but INSTAGRAM has blocked my account for a week now, as business this is totally unacceptable.
I have cancelled my subscription and would expect once the ban is lifted they honour their promise to return my follow level back to the original 380ish.
Overall the cost and the anxiety of a locked account for over a 1$ for 1follow is really not worth it to me especially as some of those follows soon unfollowed

100% DON'T USE IT!!! They blocked off our Instagram account 2x. We requested a refund based on their Refund Policy right after 1 week and they refused to give us the money back. Also, they did not take any responsibility when they caused the issue with our Instagram when we've got a ban! THEY DON'T USE THE PROXY and it's so easy for the Instagram algorithm to find out where you log in to your IG account. In the end, they gave us in 2 months 4 followers but also a BAN FROM INSTAGRAM and you take a HIGH RISK YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY!
I signed up with this unscrupulous bunch of unprofessionals and cancelled after one month as it was a very poor service. They continued to take another monthly payment. I've contacted them to request refund and have not yet received a response, I've also contacted my bank to ensure the payment is investigated and refunded. LESSON LEARNED STAY CLEAR!

So many negatives:
Results = awful.

I don't want to waste too much of my time and effort on these cowards, but I will touch on it slightly just because I don't want other people to make the mistake I made of signing them up. They made lots of mistakes and were too cowardly to accept their wrongdoings and instead tried to blame me. They never answered my questions or concerns, instead just automated responses that didn't answer anything at all. They would never reply to an email reply to an automated response.
Poor poor poor, please do not waste your time and money on this bunch of dishonest people.
They will likely reply to this saying, "oh please schedule a call" or some bull. I don't want that, I just wanted them to admit their mistakes and improve, but they did not. They did nothing but bring useless followers to my account and waste my time.

Horrible service, they lag on replies and all replies are automated messages.
The software took 3 days to activate and never fully started working.
Absolutely no help other than having my account follow about 400 unrelated accounts. I have not being able to get a refund or cancel, I flipped the switch to turn the service off since my account has been flagged twice.
DO NOT BUY IT

I did nitreo for about month I ended up with over 1000 new followers that were not following me back at one point it seemed like I was getting a lot of followers from them but it was just a coincidence. I don't recommend using them after I canceled they still followed a bunch of accounts.

Took me a while to understand what's being done and how the service worked, but it really helped my profile grow and I noticed a lot of improvement by the end of the first month. Will continue with the next one for more growth!

The whole thing was a waste of time. Therefore, let me explain how I am going to proceed:
1. I have to report the transaction to my bank, because you're not refunding. I can use that $50 to donate to a suicide prevention association or whatever.
2. I'm going to report on trustpilot.com your company as one of the most bureaucratic and unpleasant experiences I've ever had to face in my entire life.
Don't take this personal. This was my experience with Nitreo, which should not be considered a general fault of this society. Maybe some of their clients are going to be happy. In my case, I was never satisfied. I appreciate your intention, and you were always very professional.

Total SCAM. Stay away from it. I canceled the subscription and they still charged my credit card. I asked many times for a refund and they won’t do it. This is their answer to it:
“Refunds are typically processed in cases when there are technical difficulties in providing the service to our clients, and since we are still able to provide the service to you, this is why we'd like to offer the pro-rated credit instead.
Every time the client logs in to our server, it takes a slot/a phone the account is connected to so we can provide the service, and stays with the server for a full month. This is the reason why we won't be able to process the refund for you, as we can still deliver the service. “
So, save your money and don’t use them. SCAM!

I had been on the platform since last july and have encountered a lot of issues and I was always patient with them although no one seemed to know what was going on. My account grew quite well (when the service was working) but there were more downtimes than actual good times. In January, my account stopped growing altogether and they said it was because they were adjusting the system to the new algorithm and asked me to come back again when things got better. Mind you before I left I had 2 months free with the service and a lifetime discount of 25%. The agent said if I came back to the. service, I will still have those terms and yet a few ago when I tried to come back to the service, the agent played dumb and said he never said that and I send them screenshots of our conversation and they haven't replied to me for two weeks. This is absolutely disgusting and scandalous.
