All our prices are clearly displayed on the payment page. When going through a payment, depending on the vendor you chose, additional fees maybe calculated (conversion, and so on). The final price is clearly shown before any authorization to payment is made by the user. So calling this a scam is pretty much defamatory.
You can't upgrade plan even if you paid
I purchased "Trial" for 12.5$ then I realized I can only download 10GB per day which is a joke! When I contacted support to ask if I can upgrade to "Medium" plan which is 15$ they wrote:
"Apologies but purchases are final and cannot be reversed or adjusted"

Yes sir this is accurate. Purchases cannot be "upgraded" once they are executed. We do however, allow extra purchases to be made and the premium days will accrue. Please note that the daily quota information is clearly displayed at the packages page when purchasing.

The service is very bad. Prices have increased. When buying premium, it's a scam - you pay much more than the price - when paying additionally, you pay many additional costs (there is no other place like this). You also can't buy premium inside the exchanger, you can't upload a file to another exchanger. Feedback works terribly - you are treated like a complete idiot. Huge restrictions on uploading and downloading files. Everything has become very bad. I do not recommend!!!
They lie when they say that it can be loaded to other exchangers, the support service does not solve anything at all.

Very frustrating issues with the payment
Review in 1 word: trash!!!
Didnt accept my credit card with their main gateway, other payment method gets up to double of the original price! After trying multiple times finally the system said, that i reached the maximum number of trying to pay! I mean what? Your system is not working well, didnt give me a proper feedback on why my credit card was not accepted and finally im not able to try it again? Then the final moment when i decided i will never ever come back to this page, when i tried to reach out to their support and it was not possible because even after passing the robot check the system didnt accept the submission of my message to the support. tbh i would like to give them minus stars because i never ever experienced any service failed in so many aspects!!!

I gave 1 more chance to the site and found another payment method I havent tried yet, finally this method worked with the same credit card, but this doesnt change that the whole experience was quite frustrating.

Started to download a big file. My internet connection was broken, when the connection was fixed i couldnt continue the download because it was count as a new download and the system told me that i've reached my daily limit. I tried many other providers premium subscription like: k2s, rapidgator, uploadgig, fboom, etc, I already expienced this scenario, that my internet connection was broken, and i could always continue the download session with all of the providers, none of the other providers wanted to charge the traffic again. This is super annoying because the daily traffic limit is already super low! it is only 25GB with 30 days subscription, where as others give you 50GB with the same conditions! I dont think that this service worth for the money!

The worse download file holder i know in free mode!
Always so slow, can take up to 5 hours in free mode (40minutes to an hour for other services in free mode like Rapidgatore, the best, or katfile...) for a file of not even 1 Gb. And it usually cut before the end! (meaning the few hours of downloading for nothing...) I tried 5 time on different things and had the same problem 3 time. For me, never more.
