Zero aftersales or acknowledgement
I purchased the nitropress pro and I had a couple of issues, they should have been super simple to sort out but they will not reply to any of my attempts to communicate with them. My worry is that if anything goes wrong with my expensive machine, am I going to get zero response at that point too? A manufacturer warranty is only as good as the manufacturer and their aftersales. Absolutely gutted for something I was so excited about and it was such an easy fix too :(
