They answer me very quickly and managed to work out the issue with my server. They fixed for me so I did not have to it myself which I was very greatful for. They evern explain the issue to me and how they fixed it which really was fantastic. They were very polite and did a great job. 10/10

I made a server a few years back and then closed it down when I felt bored of it. Back then, I had no problems at all and everything was easy. I recently came back, and let me tell you, I'm glad I decided to go with these guys again. The interface is super user friendly and the support is amazing. Their problem solving skills and patience is through the roof, and I know that if I never need help with anything else, they would be there for me. The techs are very helpful and very insightful. I highly recommend for all your hosting needs.

I used to be with Nitrous Networks, then I went away and now I'm back. Nitrous Networks are streets ahead for Minecraft server hosting. Control panel is easy to use and the plugin installation/integration is a breeze. Cheaper than the other host I tried too, and seems more stable. I really have no idea why I went somewhere else - never again.

My minecraft server stopped functioning randomly and the nitrous network team helped a great deal working with me for 2 days with quick responses to try and find the problem. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they responded considering this took place over the New Years celebrations.

me and my friends made lovely public minecraft conquest reforged server ready for public and we get ready to open and this company messed it up for us i wouldnt bother hosting with these guys because they are crap and mess your servers up

Always have had a great experience with their services. The support is very quick with their responses and I have never had an issue with them.

Make sure you choose monthly billing cycle and stay away from any discounts especially if you come from a 3rd world country, it'll just lower the service and support quality in my experience, frankly they don't care. I rented an Arma 3 server, paid for 6 months and got an discount. All went well until i wanted to install mods on the server. I installed the exact same mods/command-line and config-files that a friend of mine (Nitrous client) also uses with no issues. Tried different Mods but it doesn't work, tried changing to another server but no reply from Nitrous. Really bad support, didn't read previous messages as i had to repeat the same info again, they even made the thread show "Answered" without replying. I'm posting snippets from the final message i received and sent. "We offer very little support when it comes to configuring mod packs, or third party plugins, it's very much down to you."

"I never wanted support for configuring mods, i want a functional server that allows me to add mods as other clients of yours have, the ability to add mods is advertised by your company and it has that option in the TCAdmin so I'm not asking for something special. So i have to settle for a server that doesn't allow mods? Not fair in my opinion when other clients are using mods." I cant ask anyone to stay away from this company as it has some great reviews but this is my experience. I'm going to shutdown my account and the server, they can keep the remaining 5months or so, don't want anything to do with this company. Edit: Got 100% refunded, thank you for that.

I have been going to Nitrous Networks for many years for my game server needs and have never had an issue - only positive experiences. From ease of setup to quality customer service, I cannot fault them. Highly recommend!

Nitrous Networks are honestly great customer service is fantastic I couldn't fault them at all

I am loving Nitrous Networks so far and how fast they respond to my tickets when in need of help. I have no major issues and the server starts up in seconds. I today had a issue with my server being stuck and I went to send a ticket at the time of this writing was fixed fast and was able to update my Ark Server to the latest after they fixed the issue.

I would recommend them as there cheaper to rent and have the best DoS Protection so your server is never gonna get taken offline from an attack and runs super fast on there end.

I have had many of many servers through nitrous and I would never recommend anyone but then for all of your server hosting needs! The customer service is impeccable, the servers, top notch. You can’t beat their prices either!! And my man Matt in support is a boss and helped me fix my lag from my huge mod pack

I had a bit of a problem with a custom mod pack for a Minecraft server and the support given was on point and was a great help!

I have been with Nitrous Networks for 3 years. Whenever I have needed support I used their very efficient ticket system and always get a prompt reply. The server has never been offline in my 3 years with them. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic service. I've been using nitrous networks for around a year now. My server has never gone down in this time and if there is an issue its something I have done. I open a ticket and they respond in no time to gel me get things back on track. Great company!

This is possibly one of the best and most responsive server hosts I have ever used in my 8 years of running game servers. Their customer service is quick and informative and their prices are extremely competitive.
