I would give ZERO stars if I could

I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Ordered a Christmas present for my child beginning of December.
I got a tracking email 9th of December but since - no movement.
When I've asked for a refund, as they haven't delivered what they promised, they keep saying they can only refund if there's something wrong with the product. Well, the "wrong" is that I don't even have the product more than a month later!!! By the looks of things it hasn't even left Hong Kong...
Taking the money and no product to show for it.
AVOID!
