AVOID THIS CRxP BUSINESS!!
Unfortunately there’s no option to give Zero star. DO NOT FALL For the looks of the website. This is an unscrupulous business.
Ordered a Linen trousers but received 💯 polyester and this joke of a business refusing to give full refund in spite of their clear breach of consumer act. Also the poor quality item took forever beyond their stated 2 weeks.
The company did relent and refunded me in full for which I’m grateful but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth!
I have never known such a long delay for clothes when ordering from this company. Nearly 3 weeks now and still have not received the goods.
Going to put a poor review on FACEBOOK as the whole world can see what a scam NIVARA is.
A couple of weeks ago I placed a very negative review on trustpilot regarding this company. I am pleased to say I can now retract that comment as the company has gone out of their way to explain the difficulties with delivery of their product which was not down to them but the delivery company. Also they made very generous recompense to put things right. As it happens I can now recommend Nivara as a company and for the quality of their goods. Well done Nivara!
Purchased sunglasses buy one get one free and paid £34
They were delivered weeks later (obviously from china)
Cheap tat I'll fitting on the face and one lens had already starting popping out of the frame
E mailed company to be fobbed off with a 30% cashback and 15% off in store and keep the glasses! I asked for full refund and advised I would never shop there again. E mails back and forth they won't budge.
Horrendous dishonest company. Do not shop there
On 30th October I ordered a plastic bath from nirvara.nl which was advertised on Facebook. I needed to pay via Tickie, which I did. I did not receive any confirmation of my payment, nor a track and trace. The first time I emailed nirvara.nl I was able to email them, but the reply came from a certain Ed Lion who answered me without any email address. I requested that he pay me back for the bath that had not been delivered. I also asked him to reimburse me via tickie, he said that it wasn't possible. After some weeks I insinuated that I had read very bad reviews about nirvara.nl and I wanted my money back. He requested my IBAN number but realising that this was a scam I was reluctant to give him my bank number. Two days ago I wrote an email to him actually giving him my bank account number. The email could not be delivered as the domain name did not exist. My daughter also tried to send them an email which also could not be delivered.
