TRUST is the start of everything!
This review is about my really short experience with this company and mostly with the trust between two parties.
It have been accidentally printed wrong label for one of my returns parcels. There was Tablet inside and because of the wrong label ,this parcel was delivered to this company, and I can proof it with pictures and screenshots. As I was in touch with correct seller and he didn't received the parcel I looked to my pictures realising where was the fault.
I found phone number with email address for nivtar, left them voice mail and I get call back straight away where I explained everything. I sent them pictures of everything even free return label where they should send this parcel, but after couple more phone calls and emails they never get back to me, didn't bother send the item back and they just kept it.
If this is a respectable company, they will just do what is right, but instead they just kept the item. So the TRUST was broken even if the things was promised go right way on the phone.
Each relationship start with trust, so anybody who will decide to do business with this company, be aware that my was sadly broken just with one stupid parcel which was wrongly sent to Nivtar address.
I hope the company will "enjoy" this Tablet and hopefully it was worth it.
Maybe they will leave some lies up here after this review how they tried, and bla bla bla but they never get back to me, not with explanation in phone call, email or just returned parcel with pre paid label which I sent to them.
