Great experience with customer service through online chat
We had an issue with our username and password matching for login. Since we could not login to our Nixplay account we finally began an online chat. The Nixplay representative was very helpful in solving the problem! He asked the right questions and assigned us a new password that took care of the problem. He was very patient to stick with us in a long chat and understood the problem at hand. Great customer service!
Best gift EVER!
This was one of the best gifts we ever gave my mom! I can't tell you how many times we call her and she'll stop and tell us about the picture she's seeing on her frame. It brings her such joy and for that we are most grateful I would also like to recognize Marvis, who provided extra special customer service and assistance. Highly recommend this for your loved ones.

Bait and Switch - product is now paywalled - Do not buy
If i could give 0 stars i would because I' so annoyed by this.
A few years after I bought 2 frames, which cost me a total of $250, then in April 2025 Nixplay changes their photo storage limitations AND put a 3 mB limit on individual photos. They didn't grandfather their legacy users. Essentially, they paywalled the use of their product, WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR YEARS AGO AND OWN. I bought these frames so our family could upload photos for grandma since our family lives overseas and now everyone needs to buy a subscription just to share photos? These are unfortunately going in this trash now. Infuriating. If there was an option offered for a refund at the time I would have taken it.
Does not play all photos in archive and Interface is Archaic!
I have had 2 Nixplay's. Had to buy a new one because the first one just crapped out. It started playing only recent photos when the frames were set to "random". I have 1,000+ photos in the frames archive but it played only about 200 of them over and over. I got a new Nixplay at a cost of $200+ and it does the same thing. It plays only recent photos over and over again. In addition, the Nixplay Interface SUCKS! I am not a novice user when it comes to electronic devices. But I have to say that the Interface on Nixplay is something that is outdated, has not been updated, and operates as though designed by a 1990's Fortran programmer. The "tools" section is useless and if you have problems with the frame you will spend a LOT of time trying to figure out how to navigate the interface. I am DONE with Nixplay! When this one craps out like the first one did, I will buy another brand.

Customer Service is too difficult
The product is fine, but Customer Service is terrible. The only way to communicate is via email (they WILL NOT talk to you on the phone), and English is apparently their second language. If you have any easy issue, it might get solved, but if it's more difficult, good luck with ever getting your device to work again.
