Your quote was $5,000.00 more than , and Progressive, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, . I can't believe what incompetent comapny your .. and a took and 1 hour to get the quote ... Maybe you really need a mascot? To put simply you guys suck!

The first accident my family…

The first accident my family experienced resulted in a total loss of our vehicle. Initially, I hoped it could be repaired. In hindsight, I wish I had been clearly informed from the start that storing the vehicle at a repair facility could lead to additional storage charges. As someone unfamiliar with the claims process, I believe this detail should be communicated upfront to avoid confusion.
Additionally, the initial market value offered for the vehicle was significantly below fair market value. I shared my concerns with the adjuster, but felt my input was overlooked. I had to escalate the matter to a supervisor, who was excellent—promptly reviewing the case and adjusting the settlement to reflect a fair replacement cost. I truly appreciate the supervisor’s responsiveness and commitment to a fair resolution.

We've been with NJM coming up on 50…

We've been with NJM coming up on 50 years. Our experiences have always been very satisfactory, with customer service being their primary business focus.

A recent claim (not at fault) was handled just as others have been, expeditiously, with no quibbles on coverage, and I was kept informed throughout the process.

I have been a customer of NJM for well…

I have been a customer of NJM for well over 20 years. Their service is impeccable. Every claim I’ve made I’ve got such quick action and wonderful service. They really care about their customers and it shows by the way they treat them would never use anyone else.

Repairs to my car after a hit and run

While the "experience" was smooth and seamless and I appreciate the help with repairs to my Countryman. I am very upset that you are categorizing this as a "collision" which places fault on me and my policy. I was not in the car and it was parked in my drive way when an irresponsible driver fled in to my driveway and smashed the whole back and sped away. My neighbor witnessed the whole thing, saying it appeared that they tried to make a U-turn, got stuck in the snow and floored it right into the back of my car; he was not quick enough to video record or catch them. This should be what comprehensive insurance is for. "collision" means I had some part in this and I certainly did not. Please reconsider that.

Great adjuster, but dissatisfied with NJM

My adjuster was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process, but I was dissatisfied with how NJM handled the claims process. My car was deemed totaled for minor damage that I'm certain another company would have repaired. I was denied the opportunity to get a second opinion from another auto body shop. For this reason I am shopping around for a new insurance company. I am not comfortable with paying extremely high premium just for my cars to be totaled in the event of an accident.
