Very smooth and fast process

Theyb were very helpful and followed up resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

NJM used to be the best insurance company but about three years ago they decided that they were entitled to increase their rates to be where everybody else was. This is according to their own representatives words on a recorded line so you go from being the best prices around to raising your prices so you can match everyone else makes no sense. What little bit you give back as dividends keep it it’s trash.

Everything was easy. Communication was great. I was never worried about my insurance.

Everything the lack of detail never ever checked into the accident, Was clawless and her lack of detail cost me $500 dollars for a deductible the truck driver was at fault, I slammed the horn over and over and until i told her she didn't know and this was after the fact. i would never ever recommend this to any of my friends or colleagues.

NJM rep was helpful and kept me updated. He listened, gave clear steps for the resolution. Best of all no computer generated pat responce.

I found the representative off putting and almost rude at times. She did not keep me informed and because she had the incorrect phone number in her email (which I informed her of more than once) respond it kept me from being in needed immediate contact when needed. I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. She had a habit of stating “ like I told you before” but she had not. I am a detailed person and had to fight for what I needed the entire time In the end my car was repaired, because it was hit while parked. I am concerned about if I had been driving When my case concluded she still had the incorrect number on the email The 12/7 date is when I think the accident occurred
