To begin with, your first order from July 28 was shipped the next day, on July 29. According to the website, standard delivery takes 1–4 business days, and the tracking number confirms it was delivered by August 1. If you haven't received it, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you further.
As for your second order, it's still in transit and should arrive shortly.
We also want to sincerely apologize for the automated responses you've received. We understand they can be frustrating, and we're actively working to improve this part of our service.
If you could kindly share your order numbers, we’ll look into everything immediately. Our customer service team is available.
Again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
No news from my order, no one picks up the phone…
I made an order that was supposed to be delivered on 13/09, I have no news whatsoever regarding its delivery. When I call the phone number indicated in the confirmation email, it automatically hangs up on me and when I write an email, I receive no answer (I sent an email 8 days ago, no reaction).
So I have no idea if/when I'll receive the products I paid for and I have no means to complain or find out what's going on.

Beautiful frames
The frames are really beautiful and well-designed. Ordering went wrong initially, but the customer support was very good, and everything was rearranged soon. Everything was well packaged. The only surprise was that this was not a local BE/NL shop but that the frames came from Sweden.
