AVOID
AVOID. MISSELLING PRODUCT. Mis-selling the products under free delivery. Made an over of over £300 this is stated to have free delivery to the uk on order over €150 way less then I purchased. I am now being called continuously from DHL for a bill of £73???!!! Non existent customer service. I have emailed twice and been through the contact form on website.
UPDATE: There is no ‘clarification’ as the company does not have the information stated anyway to be clarified. It’s miss selling.
I have had 1 email off the back of this review and zero response to any of the replies. It’s a con. There is much better and cheaper options everywhere after looking.

We would like to clarify that your order did qualify for free shipping, and no shipping costs were charged by us. However, since the UK is no longer part of the EU, import duties and customs handling fees can sometimes be applied by the local authorities or courier (such as DHL). These charges are unfortunately outside of our control and are not shipping fees from Eeveve.
We completely understand how unexpected import costs can be frustrating, and we’re sorry this wasn’t clear beforehand.
