N.B. Extreme Caution when dealing with this company.
N.B. USE EXTREME CAUTION when dealing with this so called company. I had to give one star only because you can’t select ZERO STARS.
We visited one of their Amsterdam shops. Pre-sale: their sales people appear ultra friendly and give the impression of a professional business. DON’T BE FOOLED. In our experience, this is completely false especially when the Post-sale experience kicked in: There was an issue with the quality of the product and artwork provided and it was also smaller than the one ordered and paid for.
The Company has refused to accept any responsibility for this, and also denied our basic consumer rights. We are now contacting the European Consumer Protection Authority to seek full legal redress (and if you have a problem with an Iris Galerie artwork/product we recommend you do so too).
Our advice is to stay well away from this company - don’t buy anything from them. Don’t take my word for it - read the multitude of negative comments on Trust Pilot about very their questionable business practices and also how they (don’t) handle post-sales issues.
It’s truly amazing in this day and age that they are able to operate in this way.
