This product mothers earth simply does not work and is a complete waste of money. Do not buy. Its DOES NOT remove common stains and produces a poor wash. The best I can say is it’s a nice smell. Other than that USELESS.
The complaint is about the product in general. First and foremost, the product does not deliver on its promise to clean both laundry and dishes. It simply does not work, nor (in my opinion) qualify for a product which can be used as a cleaner for clothing, nor the dishes. It just does not get clean.
In addition to this, and contrary to what the name Mother's Earth might impose, the products contain microplastics, the worst kind even, Polyvinylalcohol CAS No 25213-24-5. These microplastics dissolve in water and cannot be taken out. They will end up in our drinking water.
Other point for me, is that it is drop-shipped from China. There are way better options for local and real sustainable cleaners for your laundry or dishes.
