Super easy to sign up, got my free pair of boxers! But hell to finish with them. Couldn't afford it and they try their very best to get you to stay. Even switching the buttons to you accidentally clic... See more

Have been on the subscription for around 2 years and honestly… not worth the head ache when cancelling.
In a position now where I will chuck the whole lot in the bin as I actively despise the brand and everything they stand for. Leeching on to people money!
Had to pay an extra months subscription just to ‘unlock’ my account in order to change the status to inactive. No bother, thought it has been closed. They are now chasing for another outstanding payment after I cancelled and have threatened to send it to debt collection company! After I cancelled!
When enquiry to their customer service team, I received a response which 50% of it was about a 14-trial period (not sure why that is relevant other than it’s clearly an issue they deal with daily… says it all) and the other half stating I am still due a payment even though it’s closed?
Overprice, extremely poor customer service and dodgy subscriptions that are closer aligned to an employment contract and not a subscription.
8th of April 2026: Confirmation email with my account being cancelled.
13th of May 2026: Email chasing payment and threatening with debt collection?
AVOID - AVOID - AVOID
It's quite confusing... With the premium trial, I ordered the free set (which supposedly includes hipsters and a bra) but the bra never arrived, so I haven't been able to enjoy the full experience before to test the quality...
scam company
i never got my promiced free boxers but they did try to remove nightly money from my account,,scam company tries to find excauses not to post out free boxers,,,avoid..
I feel i have been mislead
I thought the first was free but wasnt so I thought nevermind its only £12.99 and then another pair came through the post ! ||Even though i cancelled my membership. Why the hell would anyone have boxershorts posted every month
Now do i send this pair back ? or are they going to charge me another £12.99 ....who knows !
Very nice perfect & very comfortable to wear
I would like to return my boxers that are still in the package but I am unable to return them.
Osm very cool design and fabric is also osm
This company is a waste of time and I'm furious no goods received and demanding money with extortionate added costs if I don't pay I am currently going to sue them sick and tired of them please beware of this scandalous company
Hell yeah straight on my arse out the packet comfy and will be getting more keep spuds nice and comfy too
Scam company,do not order anything do not accept any free merchandise, try to steal money from your account , fortunately pay pal has intervened and blocked them, still sending payment requests, worst company ever ,avoid at all costs, Rogue company ,apparently dutch, better sticking to making clogs and growing tulips, everything wrong with this firm subscription and cancellation is fraudulent
A trap of a free item turns into a full snare with carefully crafted obfuscation. Pay the postage and accidentally sign up to a subscription with many layers of concealment. Once you actually navigate a cancellation, the demands for pay continue and eventually threaten with debt collectors and fines. Bullying and deception in pant form - don’t be tempted to let these chancers wrap your knob, balls and arse in stretchy cloth, they only want you by the balls, treat you like a knob and shaft you up the arse. Avoid at all costs, no good will come of interacting with them.
An Aftersalepromotion offers a free pair of boxers. They scam you into a subscription which is hard to get rid of.
Didn't get any product from this "subscription" only that one pair. In the end they ripped me off with one pair for 26 Euros. Unfortunately based in foreign country otherwise I would have sued for Fraud!
Fraud and scam!
Product is so comfortable and fits perfect
I signed up for the free trial and received the single free pair of boxers. After that, I received no further products at all. Despite this, OnThatAss attempted to charge me £12.99 for a subscription I did not continue and for goods that were never delivered.
When I tried to cancel, I was told I had to pay the £12.99 first before they would allow me to cancel. This alone is unacceptable — you cannot demand payment for items you haven’t supplied, and you cannot block cancellation behind a paywall.
To make matters worse, they then sent a message threatening to add a £13.50 reminder fee, and if I still didn’t pay, they said they would pass the “debt” to a collection agency with up to £40 in extra collection costs. All of this over a charge for a product they never even sent.
The whole experience feels like a subscription trap: aggressive, unfair, and completely disproportionate. I’ve disputed the charge and reported the behaviour. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before signing up for their “free trial”.

I wanted a free one, as was advertised everywhere, but I didn't get anything, and it now tries to charge me every week (I blocked it) multiple times. If I want to cancel the subscription, I have to pay for the subscription.

Wrote myself up for the free pairs of boxers for my boyfriend. Three weeks went by, and I tried reordering. Then they drew money for the first time, and said that they would also send this month’s boxers to me. Now - a month later I still haven’t recieved anything. Be careful😊

Echo what others have said - far too easy to sign up to ‘offers’ which are really a subscription service that is hard to stop . My son used my pay pal account to get a fee pair of boxers . This resulted in an ongoing back and fourth to try to cancel and payments having to made for future orders . Payments made and future orders were in fact the same boxers but different ones . Recently my son seems to have got an email to offer another free pair , he obviously didn’t read the small print which meant he had subscribed again! Money came from my PayPal account again for future orders . , I contacted them through PayPal cancelled my link with PayPal and on that ass , I never received a reply from them but now they are asking for more money due to cancellation period . I think I’ve so far paid £80 less than ten pairs of boxers .
