I really like the socks and boxers. However, the quality of both has declined significantly; the fabric of the boxers is quite different from what it used to be and the prints fade quickly. The size... See more

The quality is exceptional but the size isn't. I always have large and these have been sent as large but they do not fit me. Otherwise I love them

The boxers fit well and the design is the least garish of the non-plain ones. I've cancelled my membership as they don't have a fly which I personally prefer and that isn't made clear in the product d... See more

Quality is good.Problem lies in dishonesty.

Quality is good.I received free one, where they supposed to send a pair according to their advertisement. That also after 7 days almost. Why I am giving 2 star is because i think they are practicing some dishonesty here. I think they are advertising pair and sending one , they are doing it wiilingly, i guess. I think they are playing with 14 days trial period. so they will send one after 7-8 days then if someone asks they will say another one ia on the way or we are sending now, in the meantime 14 days will be pass and you are in the subscription loophole! This feels very dishonest.

I ordered these and as you get loyalty points I was saving for a hoody. All items are only left in xs sizes. I spoke to them they said more stock coming in March yet still no stock. It’s a con and I would certainly not recommend, they lie and when you order something they want 13.99 postage

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! THIEVES !!! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I signed up with them for a free trial of underwear, they were too small and the material was crap so I tried to return them and was told to keep them. I cancelled my subscription same time too, this was 3 weeks ago. Today a payment was taken from my account and I have not received any products. Tried to contact them, to no avail only a bot was responding, telling me my products will arrive in 4 weeks I needed to speak to a person, a living breathing human!!! Absolute scam merchant! I wish I read the reviews before I signed up! 🤬

This is an absolute con

This is an absolute con. They offer a free pair of boxers, FREE. Then charge you through a PayPal account. Then won't cancel account until they have taken nearly £30 out of you. Not going to mention the product because the way they go about business is disgusting.

DO NOT USE SUBSCRIPTION

Started a monthly thing to to receive free boxers, of course i get charged for the following month as i forget to cancel, thats fair so i cancel THE SAME DAY i got charged, a month later they charge me again keeping in mind that the last month i requested they do not send the boxers and requested a refund, to which they declined. do not use their free boxer scheme or their monthly subscription, they will take more money than you intend on spending it has been a horrible experience that i thought was pver when i cancelled. Clearly not.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. They send you a 'free' item and then bill you for a 1 month cancelling period - even if that is within the 14 day cooling off period. Do NOT sign up - con merchants. Company should be banned.

Membership system seems like a scam to me

The boxers are good quality. The problem is the 'membership'. I was promised a free pair of boxers, and then pay for a month and get two extra pairs.

The first pair took so long to arrive that I was charged for the next pair before I had even tried them on, and when I cancelled, told I also had to give a month's notice and would have to pay them again.

I was also offered a free pair of socks, but have been charged for the next pair and told I also have to buy another pair after that. I've still not received the free pair so have no idea if I want any more.

I think the membership system is designed to take as much money from you as they can, before you can get away from them. The Netherlands is nearer to me than Scotland, but taking a month to deliver anything is ridiculous, unless it's specifically designed to lock you in before you've even seen what you're getting.

Good luck trying to get hold of a human. It's automated responses everywhere you go.

Love the underwear

Love the underwear, feels really nice and fits well but the on the ass letters fall off after one wash but the bras didn't fit at all it was like tipple tassels. The bras might be great for women with small chests but do absolutely nothing for bigger chested women I'm a 34 E and it was laughable trying to put it on.
