I orderded several items but didn't…

I orderded several items but didn't receive all of them. They asked me to send them a picture, sworn statement which I did, plus I copy of my ID which I refused because of ID safety and because it's illegal to ask me to send this through email for an item they didn't send. They keep asking for the ID copy and for me to make new picture all for an item 15 euro's I didn't receive. 0 custumers service they just make it diffucult for you so you give up.

Venum NL not Venum Euro

Also known as Euro Venum. When I ordered from nl.venum.com I ended up being asked for feedback for euro.venum.com even though I really ordered trough nl.venum.com. I bought stuff from Venum earlier through their online store in the UK. Now this one with a Dutch subdomain (I also had to make a new account for Euro Venum).

Trustworthy, arrived a bit later than expected, but in perfect state. No contact with Customer Care in any way so I can't vouch for that.
