Great tour
We really enjoyed the tour. Natalie was a great guide and knew a lot about the region. We saw a lot of different places.

The legendary home of Scottish kings, queens, and militaries, as well as any number of rogues, villains, and vagabonds, the streets themselves practically beg to have their stories told. Join Natalie, a 5-Star reviewed guide, as she takes you on a route less travelled and regails you with just a handful of these tales, and shows how they are affecting life and culture to this day. Tales From The Old Town is suitable for all, however some stories may be uncomfortabe for some. The tour is scheduled for around an hour, and it involves traversing hills and uneven streets.

It was the second time I went for a trip around Scotland and this one one of the best!!! Thank you so much Natalie, you are good at your job!!!
It was an unforgettable trip to Loch Ness, beautifully covering Glencoe, the Highlands, and several hidden gems along the way — every stop was truly mesmerising.
We requested for a layby at the heavy snow fall point, and she did !
The best snowfall experience in Scotland ✨
Natalie is an outstanding guide, bringing the journey to life with her knowledge, storytelling, and great sense of humour.
The tour was also very reasonably priced, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The Loch Ness tour with Natalie was top-notch experience to all from our party of 5. We are full of admiration for Natalie’s multitasking, sense of humour, organisation skills, and storytelling. We learnt a lot, not only about places we visited on the way, but Edinburgh and Scotland in general too. Natalie is really engaged in the work she does, and she listens to travellers’ needs. We found the music along the way very entertaining (and how it aligned with parts of the tour was just WOW). The last song played will be kept in our memory forever, and it will always remind us of our wonderful time in Scotland.
There’s only one thing we regret - we wish there had been more time to enjoy great Scottish food!

We had a great day!
The tour was complete to me. The storytelling was great and learned a lot from the history of Scotland.
The activities and spots were really beautiful even tho all the landscape were stunning. We had plenty of time for eating and taking pictures.
Little + on the confort of the mini van.
Everything was very well explained and the organisation was well planned.
Thank you again Natalie for your devotion and the heart you put into the tour.

This was my first tour with Natalie, a bus tour to Loch Ness.
I am a Scottish native born and raised, but I learned so many things on the way there that I didn't even know myself from Natalie's engaging and fun storytelling as well drove.
The journey was well paced with lots of comfort breaks, and the bus was very clean, modern and comfortable. There were many good additional small breaks at beauty spots for taking photos, which I enjoyed as a keen artist and taker of photos.
Natalie played an excellent selection of Scottish tunes in-between telling us stories about the things we passed, and pointing out areas and landmarks of interest. This journey culminated in a boat trip on Loch Ness, which was comfortable and enjoyable.
I have autism and sometimes struggle energetically but I found this day to be a good pace for me even though I sometimes struggle energetically - lots of breaks for coffee, snacks and toilet - and even feeding highland coos!
Natalie is an attentive, motivated and kind host, and an authentic example of Scottish hospitality. This tour is accessible and also highlights some parts of the trip less known by most commercial guides. She definitely takes each member of the tour in her mind each, and cares for everyone's different needs checking in throughout the day and doesn't treat you just as a flock of sheep.
Highly recommend you give a chance to this intelligent, great example of Scottish hospitality.
I went on tour with Natalie twice already, and among her huge knowledge of Edinburgh history, her playlists and her humor make the experience as if we known since forever and we are doing a trip among long time friends.
She drives well, she understands the needs of people with needs like disabled ones and she never rushes even if we are slight late because she knows how humans are.
I really want to see her business grow because she deserves it.
I highly recommend Natalie and her excellent walking tour. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and our group of 5 had a fantastic time. With some great photo ops, interesting stories, and great sense of humour, she showed us a really amazing afternoon in the Old Town. The pace was excellent and we never felt rushed. Natalie was really a joy and far better than our tour guide at Edinburgh Castle. We had an amazing picture with Greyfriars Bobby, walked past a school that Hogwarts was “possibly” designed around, saw the home of Butterbeer, learned about how one famous witch was “reborn” after being hanged, and much more.
Thanks, Natalie, from your Canadian friends.
