Very frustrating company to work with. I can't get our rep Bob Fanelle to get on the phone with me so we can have a conversation about an issue. He does respond by email, but we have a complicated situation that would greatly benefit from a phone call. I could say more, but will leave it at that as I think/hope that speaks volumes.
