I had a great experience with Jakub . The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.

He went above and beyond to help me secure finance, contacting multiple companies and handling everything on my behalf. Even when one option didn’t work out, he kept trying and found alternatives. Communication was excellent – he kept me informed at every step and made the whole experience stress-free.

The car itself was in excellent condition, exactly as described. On top of that, he was very friendly, honest, and even offered a discount, which I really appreciated.

Lead up the garden path with finance
No sales skills at all you will be constantly chasing them
It was like dealing with a wet lettuce more interested in being a pretty boy than trying to sell the car who knows what warranty would be like with these

I recently used Noya Motors in Peterborough to help sell my car through their brokerage service. Although the car ultimately didn’t sell, I still felt it was important to leave a review because the service I received was genuinely excellent.

From start to finish, the team (TJ) was professional, transparent, and very responsive. They clearly explained the entire process, managed expectations properly, and kept me updated throughout. Communication was consistent, and I always felt informed and supported.

What stood out most was their honesty and professionalism. There was no pressure, no unrealistic promises—just straightforward advice and a genuine effort to achieve the best possible outcome.

Even though the sale didn’t go through, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Noya Motors to anyone considering selling their car. A great example of how good customer service should be, regardless of the final result.

I had a great experience with Noya Motor Group selling my RS6 on my behalf. From start to finish the process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.

Yesterday I phoned to book a test drive in a Vauxhall Insignia. The gentleman asked what time ? I replied 12 as I was travelling 2 hours to look at the car, He said it was in the diary and wished me a safe trip
Today I arrived at 12 Only to be told that a couple were before me to look at the car and test drive it, However If i wanted to put a deposit down (on a car I had only seen online) the sales women would tell them it is gone. When asked who would test drive it first as it was my appointment time the sales woman replied we could battle it out. How unproffessional. Not sure if this was a sales ploy, but if it was it failed as assuming the car was as good as advertised I planned to pay in full today and pay for delivery. I am glad I walked away from such customer service, heaven only knows what they would be like after they had my money. I suggest you walk away too

Incredible experience selling my car via Noya Motor Group. TJ was very honest and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly and regularly kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. He was very patient in answering the many queries I had along the way.

Have never sold a car this way before and would've done it a lot sooner if I knew it was going to be so hassle free and simple!

I sold my car to Noya group through online sale/auction through "carwow".
Albasha came to collect the car. This review is about Albasha who was very polite , patient and came across as a professional, sincere and honest person. The sale went through despite last minute haggling which shouldn't have happened, mostly because of Albasha and his demeanor.

Came to buy car sold on Motorway app. Took about 30 mins to check car and test drive. Muhammed and Albasha were great, very helpful and transparent about the whole process and money paid into account with minutes. Couldn't fault them !!

We received incredible service from Noya from buying the car right through to the after sales department. We were always treated with a friendly polite and professional attitude
Unfortunately we had a problem with the car 3 months post purchase. We contacted Noya and I spoke to a lovely Lady called Nick she was so very helpful
To cut a long story short she arranged for my car to be picked up from Liverpool. The repaired it within the week and returned it back. I'm one very happy customer
