good shoes, TERRIBLE service
I thought I could give a good review for the shoes, but the terrible customer service is shocking.
i returned the shoes as they were too small, that was the easy bit, as they get something out of it.
wasn't allowed to exchange sizes, had to pay for a new pair.
its been 6 MONTHS since I requested my refund on the original pair, which they did receive (within a week).
sent multiple followup emails and NOTHING, and these arent cheap shoes, so I will continue sending emails until I no longer need to.
they're ghosting me. terrible terrible terrible

Be warned: dreadful mis-selling.
I ordered two pairs or running shoes on the back of a promotional free item. The shoes were delivered but not the promotional item. I notified their dreadful Customers Services department, who informed me that the promotional item was only available in the country that the website was in? I explained that was untrue on two counts: 1. The promotional item was added to my basket. 2. It is called the 'World Wide Web' for a reason. They seemed more than happy to take my money and ship the goods to the UK but not the promotional item. Nice products, poor company, dreadful customer service.
