Great Coffee substitute!
I’ve received my sample pouch of the ‘Instant coffee’ from Not Coffee & I must say I’m really liking it.
I use one teaspoon with my whipped milk alternative & the taste is quite pleasant.
I drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day which is way too much so this is a great alternative.
I will still have my one coffee in the morning but happy to drink NC for the rest of the day.

I like the product, it’s healthy and tastes great. I think the packaging can be a little bit more environmentally friendly. My absolute dislike which will probably bring my end to purchasing is the fact that it takes almost 2 weeks to get my package when i live in Australia. It took them a week just to ship my order. I don’t understood why that takes so long. You get a order in, you go to the shelve you pack the order, you drop it off at the post office. Bam one day, and i can have my order in less than a week. I could understand if they were a billion Dollar company like Amazon, that it could take longer but even then you would have an army of workers to for packing and shipping. Not sure what the hold up is. But if it doesn’t improve I will move on to something else

It is very impressive how the No Coffee team has managed to create a caffeine free coffee that actually tastes better than regular coffee. I enjoy to have a cup even before bed time.
I will become a regular customer.

The taste is absolutely terrible. Unenjoyable experience. Tried all the flavours they had. The only thing they do is right is marketing but fail on the product.

the coffee takes good. the espresso is also very nice and have a good creme. But the three stars are for the delivery. It took them 2 weeks to get my coffee delivered and that is way to long because they say on the website we deliver or send within one day which was not the case.

The online customer experience was incredibly straightforward and easy to understand.
The package delivery and arrival time was as advertised: right on time!
The package itself was very minimal, which is highly appreciated!
The coffee is delicious!

I never thought that decaf coffee could taste so good.
