Hei, i placed my order on 4.march and paid on the same day. I tracked my order many times and it still says that my order will be processed until you receive the payment. I don't think that you have not received my payment. It has been 4 working days now. Can you please check this ? My order number GRAN-NOR-199618. I

When can I expect the goods?

Recieved an emty envelope not containing my ordered item, but Anastasija at customerservice gave me great help and is going to send me a new item.

I bought 3 items: 2 rain coats and another coat because it looked kind of neat in the photos, expecting to keep at least one, keeping in mind 100-day-return policy. It turned out that in order to return the items you're not satisfied with, (surprise!) you have to pay the return cost. Well, buyer beware, read the small print! Anyway, all of the 3 items had such a poor quality (cheap materials, bad stitching etc.), that I decided to return all of them. Also the 2 raincoats' hoods were too small, so they didn't fit the requirements of the climate where I live...

Customer support was great: Erina responded quickly, was very patient, forthcoming and friendly, offered 2 discounts so that I would reconsider keeping the items, but, unfortunately, that was out of the question for me. In the end I got the full refund (almost full refund, due to difference in the exchange rate from the time I made the purchase, I suspect) and I didn't have to ship the items back. Thank you for your understanding, Erina! Now I gotta figure out what to do with the clothes I got on my hands. I guess I'll donate them to some goodwill store... Overall, an average experience: I didn't get the clothes I wanted, but at least I got the money back.

Has received the item after 20 days but Norway has sent the package back because they thought the address was not correct. I spoke to Mariia from Grandado and they had written the address correctly. I called the post office in Norway and said that I will pick up the package but they have been very difficult and determined to send the package back. Mariia from Grandado has helped me throughout the process, kept in touch with e-mail. I told to Mariia I want my money back because i will not wait another 3 weeks for new shipment. Mariia has been very kind and promised to return the money back to my account. The money was in my account after 3-4 days. I have to thank Mariia because she is very helpful and kind. Thank you very much Mariia. :)

I ordered a product at your portal and unfortunately it arrive with a little defect. Despite of this, I received a quick feedback from one of the customer service representatives (Anastasija) and was treated very professionally and provided with a quick and satisfactory resolution to the issue. I got good help from a girl. She sent me a New order and hoped i will be satisfied with that. I hope every one can do like her. Her name is Anastasia.

We ordered white expectations that the goods would come after 25-30 days. Now - 40 days later the tracking still says that the package are to find in the product-origin. Still; for now - I review a four star because a short chat, first with the Robot Sam, and then with a real person in customer service, it seems that the package have been lost in transition. The customer-service have given me (a new) hope that the package will come. The experience with customer-service have been very good, so far. That's the four star. But the bought goods is still to come...

Payment refund because the producted was sold out.

Was prepared for this to be a scam site. To my surprise the package arrived within two weeks.
