SOS and chips twice, staff miserable as hell, pricey. Had gut ache afterwards and a horrible aftertaste of old cooking oil,won't return.

Quality gluten free fish and chips
We panicked when we drove past on Saturday to see that the downstairs restaurant was closed. Apparently they have revamped the downstairs and were reopening on the Monday, but upstairs was open. I love their gf batter on their fish and they apologised for the delay as they were changing the oil for us.
Portion was huge as normal and the batter was so crispy. It's not cheap but it is worth every pound and you must have the tartar sauce too.

Second time I’ve visited this chip shop…
Second time I’ve visited this chip shop and both time’s disappointed with the quality of the food. Re-cooked chips and boring powdered curry sauce, wasn’t very nice. The chips were anaemic and expensive at £3.50 for a regular chips!! I say second time as the first time the fish wasn’t very good especially for the price. I won’t be visiting this chip shop again.
