Real Estate Agents...a thing of the past!!
After initially listing my home with what turned out to be an extremely dishonest Real Estate Agent and a deal that fell through after a 3 months settlement period, with some expensive legal costs to resolve, I contacted No Agent Property to sell my house myself. Could not be happier with the outcome. Heaps of publicity and lots of interest resulted in me receiving multiple written offers, and I enjoyed the experience. In total, including preparing the webpage with No Agent Property, the home opens I held, and contract signing it took up about 8 hours of my time. I did it all outside of my regular working hours so that it did not impact my normal job. I got the price I wanted for my house, and saved approximately $30,000 in Agent fees and charges. This is the future of selling your home, there is no way of justifying Agent cost...They wont get you the best price, you will.
