I bought 2 shampoo + conditioner sets, in 2 scents, direct from Noble Isle, having twice tried their "Perry Pear" set in hotels and finding it just as nourishing as the Kérastase products I normally use.

When my package arrived, they had accidentally posted me two of the same scent of conditioner instead of one of each scent I had picked. I emailed to ask how to exchange one of them; they told me I could keep the incorrect item and they would send the correct one. This was a pleasant surprise.

When the correct conditioner arrived today, I was even more surprised to find a variety of testers included as well! It gave me the "warm fuzzies" and shot the company right up in my (already-high) estimation. Customer service doesn't get better than this. Many thanks to their team!

It's probably me, but I was going round in circles a bit on the website. Graphics are lovely though. The quality of the products us great. Recommend.

Lovely body wash product, Whisky and Water flavour 😀. Came across the body wash in an Edinburgh guest house and had to get some. It arrived quickly and is great.

Lovely long lasting scents, willow song is definitely my favourite, having tried them all, just a shame they don’t have the willow song body lotion in the build your own box full size, you can buy the cream and shower gel, but I liked the lotion for after a shower, and warmer days, the cream is good for winter though. I was a little dissatisfied with the error on the new green boxes, the ribbon should be either side of the box for the words noble isle sit in the front, it just doesn’t sit right with me. Instead of a carry handle an elastic ribbon would be much better to position how you want.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Noble Isle has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

First, the customer service is very poor. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and responses felt generic rather than genuinely focused on resolving the issue. It often took far too long to receive a reply 7 days between each reply to be exact..

The reed diffuser itself was extremely disappointing. For a brand positioned as premium, the quality simply does not match the price. The scent was week and the only way to smell it was to out your nose against the reed.

Considering the high price point, the product is seriously overpriced for the quality provided. I expected something luxurious and long-lasting, but what I received felt cheap and daylight robbery.

To make matters worse, there was no proper follow-up after I raised my concerns. I was given assurances that the issue would be looked into, but those promises led nowhere. No meaningful resolution, no update just empty words.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be purchasing again and would not recommend based on both product quality and customer service.
