Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere
I had high hopes for my first order with Noblemars, but I'm left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Here's what happened:
Pros:
None. I couldn't even complete a transaction.
Cons:
Unreliable order processing
Poor communication
Suspicious fraud detection system
I placed an order on August 21st, taking a chance on Noblemars despite my initial hesitation. A week later, they abruptly cancelled my order, citing "fraudulent activity" and voiding my payment. The fact that it took them nearly a week to flag a supposedly fraudulent transaction is concerning.
Their actions have not only inconvenienced me but also destroyed any trust I might have had in their service. What was meant to be my first experience with Noblemars will undoubtedly be my last. I cannot recommend a company that treats new customers with such disregard and incompetence.
