I bought the dog carrier and it arrived with a broken zipper. After numerous times trying to get in touch with the company, I'm left with a product I can't use and money wasted. Terrible customer service!

Terrible product, dishonest company. After receiving a vest that was MANY sizes too small for my dog (but ordered per their guidelines) I tried to get a refund. Good luck with that. They wouldn't return emails. Finally, after six months, my credit card company had to intervene in order for my money to be refunded. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

Terrible product made in china and a sneaky US dollar exchange was applied after it was finalised. Only saw it on my visa account.

It is not mesh, it is a foam material that does not allow air flow and is not robust at all. Sizing doesn't match as others have said. I would be scared my 10kg dog would be too heavy and the shoulder straps would break and cause him injury.

No tracking numbers etc and emailed on their general email literally 2 minutes after seeing the cost discrepancy, but was told it was too late.
They offered I could mail it back to Austria which would have cost more than the product cost, so they promised a 20% refund, which has never been received.

This is actually the first time I've ever encountered such a terrible online company and would go so far as to call it a scam.

Stitching tore out on the first day of light walking with our 9 pound dog in a bag rated for 20 pounds.

Bag smelled like extreme offgassing chemicals upon receiving it.

Waiting 2.5 months to get it after they lost the first order.

Total fraud company. I ordered a backpack for my parents' dog which turned out to be far too small despite matching his weight. I emailed them to ask about exchanging it for a different size. They responded numerous times, saying that all I had to do was send it back and they would send out a different size of the product once they received it. They never ONCE stipulated that I needed to provide them with a tracking number in any of our exchanges. Since it was for my parents' dog, it was one of my parents who sent the backpack back, per their instructions. They did not pay extra to get a tracking number, since that was never stated as a requirement. Now they're refusing to admit that they received it, send out another one, or refund our purchase. We've now paid for shipping twice, and for an unused product that we sent directly back to them. Total criminals!!

I ordered 2 backpacks that do not fit my dogs, I tried emailing this company several times, no response, I tried calling the phone number and it says to email them and doesn't allow leaving a message. I am stuck now wit 2 packs that do not work and money lost. I want an option to return with a full refund. This company needs to respond to their customers

One star is too many. Purchased the dog backpack with a lifetime warranty. Well, ours broke in our first hike, because the clip is held on with ELASTIC, and they offered 30% off. It is put together poorly, our dog about died, AND they want us to buy another one. Avoid buying this!!

I placed my order a mth ago my credit card was charged yet I still have not received the product. I have emailed them numerous times and have not gotten a response back. SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

I want to give 0 star to this company. I have done online shopping before but this is totally fraud company. They advertise as life long warranty on their stuff but it is of very poor quality. My free dog leash was bad in 1 week. I ordered XL jacket for my medium sized dog, checking weight on their site. I got such small jacket ,not sure how it is extra large. My refund was processed and it should have reached my account in few days,NEVER DID. Now no response to emails.

I ordered a jacket and boots. Took forever to arrive then when it finally did I needed to return them. I followed their instructions and am still waiting months later for a refund. Would never buy from them

I bought two backpacks. I got no receipt. No confirmation of my purchase, no tracking, nothing. They were quick to take my money though. Absolutely shameful company.
I've sent them messages but no reply.
Do NOT purchase from this company. You too will be scammed

Refer order no 9260. Ordered a 3XL (which indicated chest measurement of jacket is 28 inches) dog jacket on 11/14/21 and received 2 weeks after from China. The jacket size appeared too small for our dog and it actually only measured 25.5 inches instead of 28. After back and forth email exchange still have not received any refund which they said they would process on 12/7/21.

I ordered a small backpack for my dog on 11/29/21. I’m still waiting for it. Wish they would let you know up front their products are made and shipped from China. I don’t even know for sure if they are located in the US. Seem shady at best. Will never order from them again.

I ordered and received 2 weatherproof jackets. They are too small and I want to exchange them but there is no phone service and no one answers their email. I cannot get exchange/return info. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE.

I ordered a waterproof jacket from NoblePawz dot com for my puppy and never received an email confirmation or tracking info. I discovered that they had a FB page, so I wrote to let them know that my credit card had been charged but I hadn't received any info about my order. Within a very short amount of time someone contacted me via Messenger asking me for my order number. I responded that I didn't have one. By the end of the day, my order was delivered. Serendipity. If the communication would have been better, I would have given Noble Pawz a 5 bc their product is well made, super cute and functional. Unfortunately my puppy grew more than anticipated and the jacket is now too small.
