I talked to guy with phone number supplied by company, said he'd resolve my issue and call me back today. He did not. He lied, said luggage had not cleared customs AND is out of stock. Can't be both. 2 week old order, credit card charged. I was told not to order from this company. I didn't listen. Wrong move. Give me money back. I don't trust this company.

Company markets as being Canadian when they’re not. I tried to cancel my purchase prior to shipment; the said it was too late to cancel. Product arrived and lock won’t open on carry on. Trying

I had placed two separate orders #558887 and #562057 for a total of three suitcases on March 26 & March 28 respectively. They were supposed to be a gift prior to a vacation. As of April 20, I have had one email acknowledging the issue but nothing further from any Nobl customer service representative even after initiating an email to the only form of communication the company provides. I have additionally sent a couple of follow up emails with no response. The customer service is not acceptable for any way to run a company who supposedly races about all the reviews they have received about their products.

You can't give zero stars, unfortunately. I ordered the carry-on yesterday and when I got the confirmation email, I realized they charged me twice for the "protection" insurance. I sent an email that I wanted that charge removed, and five minutes later I was so angry that it happened at all I sent an email to cancel the entire order. This was within ONE HOUR of placing the order. Today, I got an email that they were giving me a $9 credit instead of a refund for the thing I never asked for, and no mention of cancelling the order (I think because they want to draw it out until it is too late). I sent another email demanding ALL my money back as a REFUND, not store credit. No response. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, NOT SOME STORE CREDIT I'LL NEVER USE (which, I imagine, is the purpose for giving store credit to begin with).
**UPDATE over one week later** I should have come here before I ever made a purchase and looked at the reviews. I learned, like so many others before me, that the only thing this company will respond to is bad reviews they can't erase.
After posting my original review, almost immediately I got an email promising a refund, not a "credit" for my entire purchase. About a week later, I FINALLY got my money back.
But get this. I got a text from them asking me to remove my review AND send them a screenshot to prove I removed it. Huh? Why would I do you any favors after the way I (and so many others) have been treated? Nope. People need to know what they have to do to get this company to give you back what was yours to begin with.

I am editing this review after being contacted almost immediately by customer service specialist Brody Matthew's who resolved my issues in a prompt manner . My luggage came in and it is beautiful. It is unfortunate that customer service isn't available through their website and I had to take it to trustpilot, but am satisfied with Brody's offer to resolve this .
I have tried contacting customer service 5 times to return 1 order that came too late and was told a customer service specialist would be contacting me WHICH NEVER HAPPENED ! Unfortunately I also ordered a 2nd piece of luggage before this one ( little did I know that this company is CLEARLY A FRAUD !!!! ) to cancel it before it even ships and again...no response from them and it hasnt even shipped yet so it would be easy for them to cancel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT !!!!

Not a jetsetter by any means, but went looking for a nice looking, well made carry on to travel when needed….love the products so far, no issues, and lots of compliments! Love not having to deal with a zipper!!

Though there was mix up in shipping, the company went to the extreme to ensure they located and delivered all my items. This stuff is amazing. No zippers your lock all the extras. I love it. And Canadian.

I am editing this review because it prompted getting a customer service rep, Brody Mathews, to contact me personally. That contact was helpful to getting answers about where my order was. So even though I am still waiting on product after 3 weeks, I was finally able to be contacted by customer service. I think product is shipped from outside US, which wasn't clear when I ordered, so my expectations where not adjusted to the amount of time I would need to give the product to arrive. so I did not know this so didnt anticipate that timing into my order. Therefore I can't speak to product yet as I am still in process of waiting for it.

Trevor Stone was very helpful in solving all my problems with the vacuum bags and the carry on luggage. I was struggling to get these issues resolved via email. I purchased the 28” aluminum check bag a couple of months ago. Went on one trip and one of the wheels broke off. Filed a warranty claim and got AI acknowledgement suggesting follow-up in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours I sent a follow up email, as there is no posted number to call. Got an immediate Ai response apologizing for non response with assured follow up in 24-48 hours. After another 48 hours, guess what? I am in an AI apology loop. Beginning to think this bag and warranty are worthless. I am a bit shocked that a company has such blatant disregard for its customers.

I saw this product when awake in the idle of one night. I was very impressed with the advertisement…I felt I needed a new suitcase and this looked like just what I wanted plus a few new additions, like charging spots, cup holder, etc. so, I did order a set, but I saw return was possible, so why not try. I didn’t know your customer service was almost nonexistent! Not having a general number to call is not good for business. Maybe in another 25 years, but as long as some of us baby boomers are around, you have to have old school customer service! That was my frustration. Having contacted BBB, you finally responded and took care of me! For that I say thank you. I’m still getting notices about your product, and I’m still impressed with your products, but I probably won’t buy one until I can see it in a store or talk to a sales rep. So…thank you for taking care of my return….good luck….and hope I see your product again someday!

The communication with an AI assistant or “concierge” was terrible. Once a real person got involved, it was better. I also cancelled my order due to transit time however I switched luggage choices including an upgrade to receive before my trip so that was nice. The $50 gift card never arrived as they said it had and finally I got an ecard. I liked my carry on expandable. Can’t get the charging port to work but maybe it’s user error. I will read more on that before I complain. The bag was easy to maneuver & fit a lot inside. Love the candy apple red. I bought a check in but haven’t had to use it yet. The aluminum one was an upgrade for waiting so long for my original choice that actually was at my house when I came back from my trip, but I didn’t need it this past trip. They did send an email that said $150 credit was on my account but I can’t find it. I have reached out to customer service so I’m currently waiting to sort that out. Overall very happy with the expandable carry on. I think customer service is working really hard and diligently on customer satisfaction and working out their glitches. I would definitely get rid of the AI portion.

If I could give it a ZERO rating I would! Used my luggage ONCE and the lock fell off. Had to go to local Home Depot to purchase straps in order to carry my luggage home so items didn’t fall off. The wheel is wobbly on the carryon and it’s falling off. CANNOT get customer service as there’s no number to call. Please do not purchase from them. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do your research on this company before purchasing!

Such a disappointment. Spent 1300 for 2 complete sets. One month later and only 1 correct item. We have lost shipments, wrong color, wrong quantities and cannot reach anyone to help. We have sent emails, messages and nothing. Fed Ex hasn’t had responses either. So disappointed will have to cancel order. The one piece we received is beautiful and very well made but can’t travel for 2 weeks with one bag for 2 people for $1300.00.

I placed an order March 18 and have yet to receive it. I have sent multiple emails with only one response, stating that someone would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and it’s going on a week without follow-up. At this point, I am starting to wonder if this company is a scam.

Do not buy luggage from Nobl. It is cheaply made. I will never buy from this company again simply due to their return process. They will do everything in their power to keep you from returning an item. You have to email them within a week of receiving your luggage. They take a long time to respond. You communicate with AI. I have never been able to reach a person. AI gives you the runaround and you end up exchanging a series of emails. You are required to pay to return the product plus a 5% restocking fee. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive a return address to send back the product. Read the reviews on Reddit before buying from this company.
