I ordered my luggage on April 17th and still no word on shipping or when I will get this order? Their 3 day express UPS shipping is False. I am really frustrated with this company as they have no contact number and I have been sitting on their online chat for 30 minutes.
Should I request a refund? Did anyone get their luggage and if so, is it worth it or no? i need to make a decision asap since I travel on planes all the time and don't want to waste anymore time with this company.

To keep this brief, I returned an opened bag the same day I received it (my expense). It was tracked and received by Noble two months ago. They have approved my refund, but refuse to credit my Amex because of delays within their own system. This is a known tactic of deceptive merchants known as the “our system…” tactic to delay funds in hopes that the customer forgets, etc..
So now they can just deal with Amex and BBB.
Also, if you’re shopping for a real bag, with no gimmicks, from real people who will gladly talk to you on the phone, buy Aleon. Outstanding bags and company in my opinion. Nobl was a big mistake for me and I hope this helps someone avoid the same.

I am truly disappointed with the customer service provided by Nobl. There is no telephone number and the AI customer service never really provides any real information. I ordered luggage tags, water bottles and the compressible packing cubes and cannot get a response on when they will be shipped. I live in Las Vegas and could walk over there and pick them up if that was an option. Both orders have been in preparing for shipping for quite some time now.
I had Rewards money that the code wouldn’t work so lost out on that “reward” when I checked out. Also had to ask for the Gift cards as they were not delivered and the codes did not work when I got them. Dan did help me with the gift cards.
I like the suitcase that was delivered. It is touted as a carry-on, but was too big for two airlines.

I wanted to share an update on my purchase after NOBL reached out to me. Both suitcases have been repaired, and I truly appreciate that.
Jeremy stayed in contact with me throughout the process and called several times to make sure I was informed every step of the way. That level of follow-up made a difference.
I do want to say—I genuinely love the product. The suitcase is well made, and since I travel often, having something durable and reliable is very important to me.
Shipping did take a few extra days, so just an FYI for future customers. Overall, communication is key, and I appreciate the effort made to resolve everything.

I placed an order for their travel bundle 23 days ago (575580) and have only received a portion of the order. I sent 3 emails over the duration of a week asking for a status update 2 weeks after the order was placed and have heard nothing on any of my emails nor on the status of my large check in luggage bag or gift card) that isn't showing shipped but Nobl shows the order as "completed". What's most disappointing about this is that I used trust pilot to decide to purchase from Nobl travel and I have no other way to hear back from them on a $279 bag. What is further frustrating is my husband liked the two items I got and ordered himself some (order 592677) and he's missing TWO items - the checkin and carryon bags. What a crappy experience twice for me. I'm going to have my credit card company reverse the charges because this is the worst. If anyone knows how to get a hold of a real person at Nobl that'd be great

My son needed a piece of luggage and their marketing seemed great. I should have known when their site has you ‘spin’ for a discount that somehow never is applied. Nonetheless, I ordered the piece, and it comes with ‘free’ add ons. Take note thar they 1) do not have a live customer service number (red flag) 2). Do not respond when you contact them after purchase, which is the ONLY way to reach them. 3) Charged my card for some type of ‘air’ subscription that I never authorized. Simple mistake, right? No problem, I’ll just email them. THEY NEVER RESPOND. 3 emails in 3 days and not one response (but I did get the ‘I’m Daniel, CEO of Nobl ..thank you for hour purchase emails) Oh, and my son’s piece came with a broken handle. Guess who hasn’t resolved that?!?! I would NEVER recommend this company!’ BEWARE

ORDER # 547506 dated March 18th. I Never received my $50 e-gift card & the 2 NOBL Air and the addition one I ordered and was charge for. I did reach out to you on March 27 and got a response but I still am waiting for the above items. Please review and send me the remaining items.
This is my third request. If not I would like to return the 2 travel bags since the full order has not been received.

Besides having wonderful products, Nobl has communicated with me each step of the way. Our luggage arrived very quickly and was packaged well. I purchased the Belmont, the weekender and compression cubes in red . My husband purchased the same products in black. We were sold on the appearance, durability and warranty offered by Nobl. We are looking forward to upcoming travels with these pieces. I also appreciate their outstanding customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I am filing a complaint against NOBL Travel for failing to issue my refund after I properly returned my order. In March 2026, I purchased two bags (Order #5251XX). After receiving them, I was not satisfied with the material quality and requested a return. The company does not provide a phone number and only communicates via email, which took over a month to receive responses. On March 22, a representative approved my return and provided RMA numbers and return instructions. I followed all requirements exactly and shipped the items back via UPS at my own expense (Tracking #: 1ZH923C2YW229206XX). Before approving the return, the company attempted to persuade me to keep the items by offering a small 10% cashback instead of a return and refund. I did not agree to this offer and clearly stated I wanted to return the items for a full refund, minus the stated 5% restocking fee. On March 23, I was informed that after delivery and inspection, my refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. The package was delivered as confirmed. After no refund was received, I followed up starting April 13 and continued contacting them. On April 16, they responded stating a refund had been “initiated” and would take another 7–10 business days. As of today, I still have not received my refund. This company has failed to honor its refund timeline, delayed communication, and continues to withhold my money despite receiving the returned items and confirming processing. Resolution Requested: Immediate FULL REFUND to my original payment method. If not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and escalate this matter to additional consumer protection agencies. Sincerely,

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NOBL Travel. On April 8th, 2026, I placed an order totaling $733.25 CAD for three items: a leather tag, an "All-in-one" carry-on, and an "All-in-one 28" check-in bag.
Although the tracking status indicates that the "full order" was delivered on April 11th, I only received the leather tag. It is worth noting that the FedEx shipping documentation explicitly lists the package weight as 3.5 lbs (1.59 kgs) and the total piece count as 1. This is a physical impossibility for an order containing two large suitcases.
I have attempted to resolve this through their customer service department, but the communication has been unacceptably slow and unhelpful. It has now been three weeks since my initial contact, and I am still without the luggage I paid for. With my vacation fast approaching, I am left in a very difficult position.
If this is not resolved immediately with either a refund or an overnight shipment of my missing items, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback/dispute with my credit card provider.

I received the case after waiting about one month. It wasn't as spacious as I expected due to the exterior pockets and asked for them to honor their 100 day return policy. They said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours and then never contacted me again. I reached out to customer service but they haven't responded in a week.

I ordered my luggage about 3 weeks ago. I received the weekender bag, the collapsible bags, metal water bottle and luggage tag within a week. I still have yet to get my luggage. They say they ship out of Las Vegas, and honestly I could have drove there in 10 hours to pick it up if that was an option. I cannot get any info from the useless AI help chat and after multiple emails, I still have not heard back from them. The number I did finally find to call customer service doesn’t work. After spending this large amount of money on the entire set, I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Looking at their delivery times, I thought I would have my luggage to go to England. Nope. Nothing. Maybe the luggage will be great if it ever gets here but I’m pretty close to just returning it all because of the lack of customer service. To be rated so high for the pieces, you would think they would actually communicate with their customers. Have I said how beyond frustrated I am for paying so much and still not knowing where my pieces are?? I did get a generic email stating that my package was given to UPS on Saturday. I’m very doubtful since I have not received any info from UPS and because I can get stuff from 2 states away in a matter of a couple days.

My experience speaking with Jace Wallers from the Customer Service Team was wonderful and very productive. I ordered a Travel Pillow back on March 20, 2026 and still did not receive it. I wrote to Nobl Support several times and got no response. Finally today, I got an email. I was advised to call and I reached Jace Wallers. He was very understanding and sympathetic when I told him how long I had been waiting for m y order to arrive and he told me there were problems at your end and he would do everything in his power to get the travel pillow to me ASAP. I explained that I needed the pillow because I am leaving on vacation by the end of the month. I advised him that if I didn't receive it by the time of my trip I would have to cancel the order and I will request a refund since It was already charged and paid for. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have made a purchase 3 week ago. Order shows delivered, all I got was the water bottle bottle out of 3 items, a carry on and mid size bag. They don’t let you know anything, so far it’s been a scam and will be contacting credit card company next. They can have there $600 water bottle back.
I love the generic Ai response. Still no real person bothers to reach out and explain how they are going to fix this.
