After 12 follow-ups since April 1st, I finally received a response stating the missing item is “out of stock” — something that was never communicated at the time of purchase or shipment.
I’ve now been given another open-ended promise of “priority fulfillment” once restocked, but no firm shipping date.
At this point, I’ve requested either confirmed shipment within 48 hours or a full refund for the undelivered items. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I will be proceeding with a chargeback.
Very disappointing experience so far.

Only part of my order 563183 has shipped to me, I have sent multiple emails asking for an update on delivery of the remaining pieces including the luggage itself. Only received auto response to this point. Been nearly a month since placing order.

My luggage arrived on Sunday afternoon. Since I had no advance warning that it was being delivered, I did not know until Monday when I received an email from Nobl requesting a review and responded I had already done so on this platform. This afternoon I received a call from Brodie from Nobl’s L. A. Office. He had written me to say my file had been passed on to him. On Monday he called but did not leave message, so we finally connected today. He apologized on behalf of the company and explained that my order was delayed for stock and shipping issues. Needless to say, this should have been communicated upon my initial enquiry. Brodie assured me he would be directly available should I have a problem with the luggage, then asked me to update my review, perhaps with four or five stars, now my “issue was resolved”. I responded I did not consider it resolved as I had missed an opportunity to test the luggage due to late delivery and would not consider removing my review until I had done so. I’d like to think this company is trying to improve their customer service, (2 stars for effort) but suspect the negative review is their greatest concern. I will update again once I am satisfied that the product meets the claims made on the website.

Customer service non existent. Having to file a warranty claim and the only way of doing this is sending them a email. In response you will receive a generic AI reply. I've sent two other emails over the course of a month and never received a response back. Non existent customer service and NO warranty! Buyers beware!

Never received my suitcase. Was told was on the way but not provided a tracking number weeks ago. I have emailed and messaged on socials all month with no response for help locating the missing order. Comments left on social pages are deleted when all I am looking for is help.Terrible experience with delivery and customer service.

I placed Order #550790 on 3/21/26.
Their website says that we should typically receive our item within 3-5 days. It is now 4/25/26 and still nothing.
I have emailed support several times. They said my original order was stuck in customs at first and then it was here but still no tracking. Then they advised that I should switch to a different suitcase that was available in their Las Vegas warehouse and would get that shipped asap. So I switched to a suitcase I really didn’t want and still nothing. So I contact support again, this time asking for my original order to be expedited or for a refund and this time I get no response at all.
This is absolutely ridiculous when paying almost $300 for a carry on suitcase.
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

Bought a set nearly a month ago and still waiting on the baggage. No reply from the customer service email either. Can’t cancel the order once you’ve placed it. I have a 2 week trip in 3 days. 30 days should have clearly been enough time when the website showed its in stock and 3 day shipping. I also live in Nevada where it’s supposedly shipping from. Do not recommend.

Well, I have received my bundle. After posting my review, a representative from NOBL reached out to me named Jayden via text.
I provided all the details to include the things missing to include the $50 gift card, warranty information and cover for the weekender bag.
Jayden sent a text with a code for the $50 gift card that did not work. I received a message that the code expired????!!!!.
I was told by Jayden that cover for the weekender bag would come with the carry on and other suitcase… STILL NO COVER FOR THE BAG, NO $50 GIFT CARD AND NO WARRANTY INFORMATION… im over this… buyer beware…. Yet I keep getting emails about wanting to know how everything went???? TOO MUCH OF A HEADACHE, and I still don’t have what they promised!!

I have ordered the All in One Carry On and Check In however after almost a month later I still don't have the luggage. Upon ordering it said delivery by April 20 but since then it extended to April 25 and now April 27. Hopefully it is here before my travel on April 30.
Also, I received a $20 off promotional code on my next order. I decided to go ahead and place an order for the matching Weekender Bag but the code will not work.
As part of the original order I received a free $50 e-gift card. I had to contact Nobl multiple times to get them to send the e-gift card but finally they did. Now when I try to apply the code for the e-gift card for the Weekender Bag it doesn't work either.
Lastly, I have $9 in rewards that I wanted to apply to the Weekender Bag and that code won't work either. I have contacted customer service multiple times through the messaging service (the only method of contacting customer service available), for assistance with getting the codes applied and have not received a response. Very seriously doubting Nobl's business practices (shipping and customer service) but I am trying to remain optimistic the product will be delivered by April 27 and will be durable and reliable.

Suit cast took 6 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong color, customer service is horrendous computer compartment was difficult to get my computer in and out. Don’t buy save your money!! I purchased an Away and love it.

I originally ordered a carry on and in an email, was told it would be here by April 2, prior to me leaving on vacation. After multiple emails, I was told that they could not send that one to me. they offered another suitcase, which was less costly. No offer to refund the difference. The new suitcase came a week after I returned from my trip. I had already purchased another suitcase so wanted to send the NOBL one back. I have emailed the HELLO at NOBL multiple times and have had no response. I want to return and want the refund. This is ridiculous. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Customer service is terrible.

Cody Jones was the most awesome customer support I have ever had he stayed on top of everything my luggage got delayed at customs and he made sure he he replaced to have it shipped in time for my trips it's a blessing to have people like him with no issues he took care it he needs a raise for sure thank you Cody

I had a very bad experience with this company. I bought a suitcase for more than $300, expecting good quality and customer service. However, when I tried to contact them by email to request an exchange, I never received any response. It is very disappointing to spend that much money and not get any support. Poor customer service and no communication. I would not recommend this company.

If I could leave no stars, that would have been my choice. Horrible customer service!! I placed an order that apparently was lost. Although, they had my money. When they finally shipped the product, they didn’t send the free gifts that were included with the purchase and stiffed me for the $50 gift card they claimed was posted to my account.

I accidently used the wrong card when making my purchase and immediately notified them. They ssid no problem you can return. Now they have ghosted me and will not respond to my emails.
