Be cautious with this company; for the amount of money you spend you would think they would have great customer service. That is not the case. No phone number to call to speak with a live person; responses to email are auto-responses if you get a response. And it was not until I put a complaint on social media and put a review on this platform did I get any response and action taken. They finally reached out…again by email only and finally received all pieces of my order, if I had to do it all over again I would NOT go with this company. They definitely need to work on their customer service! And they need to publish a customer service telephone number. NOBL do better!!

I ordered from them because the company was in the USA and I would receive them in 3 to 5 days. After 5 weeks, I was told it was held up in customs. I thought they were in the US? I sent an email with no response so I got my bank involved. As soon as that happened they sent me a message saying it had been delivered to my house. Nothing was EVER delivered. Not only do I have cameras everywhere, I live out in a secluded area on 5 acres. So unless a Dear managed to sneak past the cameras and go on vacation, it was never delivered. It's a total scam!!! I wanted to give a zero star!!

I purchased the aluminum 28" and the matching 22' carryon as a birthday gift to myself. Both were shipped and received quickly. I've waited to write this review until after having an opportunity to really use them. I embarked on a journey to Southeast Asia that required several connections on several carriers. I am now on the return and on a substanstanial layover in Seoul looking at my bags after 6 separate flights. Although scratched and scuffed, which is to be expected and some minor denting, also expected, the bags have held up magnificently. The reinforced corners of the bags have provided excellent protection from the throwing and tossing by the baggage handlers, the handles and wheels still intact and work perfectly and the TSA locks -which I must admit were my biggest concern- have endured. The bags have come up the carousel securely locked every time! This is my first experience with a zipper less suitcase. I researched Nobl and noticed so many while traveling, I decided it was time to try and with the lifetime warranty offered, there was really no reason not to. I am so happy I made the switch! Now, not only do I have mega confidence in my bags by their proven exceptional durability, but am also traveling in designer level style! The Nobl bags look SPECTACULAR!!
I hope this helps anyone out struggling with whether or not to try Nobl. I am all about quality. You won't be disappointed.

Not very happy with Nobl customer service . I have emailed and text them asking where my luggage is. Obviously there are many others that have same complaint . At this point I would like a refund and never will I order from nobl again I get 4-5 emails from them everyday to purchase more but no response to my text or emails to where my luggage is that I have paid for

I placed an order with Nobl Travel on March 15th and didn’t receive my carry-on suitcase until April 22nd—over a month later. That alone was frustrating, especially since I had an upcoming trip planned.
When the suitcase finally arrived, it was the wrong color. I ordered cherry red, but instead received a terracotta color that doesn’t match the overnight/weekender bag I purchased with it.
At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. The long delay combined with receiving the wrong item completely ruined the experience. I leave for vacation in a few days and now don’t even have the luggage I planned for.
I’ve requested a full refund because I no longer trust this company to make it right in time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Nobl Travel.

Completely non-existent customer service; I’ve emailed twice, no response; phone number provided by Shop is a dead line. Two of my products have not shipped, after a month. The one that did ship is a lackluster, cheaply made, and completely overpriced product. Slick marketing and high ratings give this whole enterprise the veneer of a solid reputation, but there’s nothing underneath.
Do not trust this company. Based on what I’ve seen, they’re going to make what money they can and run.

NOBL Order #534362 - On March 10, 2026, I ordered the NOBL Day Bundle 6.0 set in Red for my wife. The bundle consisted of the Carry-On: All-In-One, the Check-In: All-In-One 28", the Weekender Bag, the water Bottle, the luggage tag, and the packing cubes. Everything arrived except the Check-In: All-In-One 28", which I was told was being held up in customs. Needless to say, I've gone back and forth with NOBL. However, once I got in touch with a reliable agent, we were able to resolve many of the issues. Today is April 22, 2026. The Check-In: All-In-One 28" is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. We'll see! Keeping my fingers crossed.

I wish that I never heard of this dishonest thieving company! They promise easy returns... what a joke!! I returned a bag that was never used and has been back in their possession for almost 4 months now, and I AM STILL WAITING AND TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! When they have responded, which they generally fail to do consistently, it has been to repeatedly ask the same questions that I have answered multiple times, and then tell me that the refund is "being processed and I should have it in 7 to 10 business days". They have their product AND my money, and we are now at more than SIXTY FIVE business days since they first promised I would receive my funds back in 7 to 10 business days! They also have more than 900 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and counting! Avoid them like the plague!
Update: I wanted to come back and update this. The company responded. And they did FINALLY have someone reach out to me that was able to process the refund for me. This gentleman was helpful, and he did, in fact, after a LONG conversation, agree to actually refund me most of the money I spent for 2 bags, one of which it was agreed that I would keep. We absolutely agreed to a specific amount, though, and the refund was processed for $13 less than that. It bothered me a bit, because it is the principle of the thing, and it was not what he promised, but I accepted that. I had the bag that I was keeping for that $13 plus the $32 it cost me to ship the return. This seemed reasonable as I had been fighting with this company and getting the run around for 4 months. He also offered me a $50 credit. I really did not want to purchase from this company again. And news flash... there is nothing that can be purchased for $50, once you factor in their exorbitant shipping charges.
However... this individual immediately very forcefully advised me that he expected me to change my review in exchange for this, telling me that he had spent 4 hours getting this taken care of. Well, I have to be honest. That did NOT sit well with me at all, considering I had been wasting my time for 4 MONTHS while they kept my money and failed to respond to my requests. I told him I would consider it. He kept requesting, and I had to very forcefully tell him several times that I would not promise to do that, and I would consider it, and end the call. I just felt strongly that you don't get rewarded with a glowing review for taking 4 very long months to finally do the right thing. I am glad I did not immediately change my review, because the VERY NEXT DAY this person, Brody Mathews, began a campaign of what can only be termed harassment. He has texted and attempted to call me repeatedly over the last several days about changing my review. I will be blocking him, once I advise him that I have, indeed, updated my review. Perhaps if people employed by this awful company would spend that much time actually addressing the concerns and problems of their customers, I would not have had to wait FOUR MONTHS and spend HOURS AND HOURS of my valuable time to get my money back. My one star review stands, and I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

The web site was a little misleading on the “built in” charger on the All In One Carry On. You do have to purchase the battery pack separately, but the port is built in. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful and the luggage, especially the color choices, is the best I have ever had. I can push this thru the airport with one finger. Loved it so much that I bought a set for my daughter and she loves it also!

I received a bag that had an issue with the lock. I immediately contacted customer support and was given a tracking number for my case. They asked I show a short video of what the lock was doing and not doing. Once received, I was told that the item was going to be replaced. I was sent shipping label information and returned the bag. There was an issue that arose regarding customs that would delay the bags arrival so I was offered and upgrade that was actually stateside and would arrive before my vacation which is in a week. Well, the bag came today and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Ray, the gentleman who was in contact with me from the beginning should be commended for his professionalism and prompt action. He made the return process simple and without frustration. So, to those who are expressing difficulty and animosity when returning something, I have no idea what you're talking about! A+ in my option.

Ordered a suitcase on April 8th. Website says shipping within three to five business days. I needed the suitcase for a trip on April 24th. On April 13th I received an email saying my order was now with UPS and I would receive tracking information within one day. On April 20th, 7 days later, I reached out and said no tracking information was ever provided. That's when I got an email saying there was a delay in shipment because of customs which was a surprise to me because it says on their website that their warehouses are in the USA. When I told them that if this wasn't going to ship until the 30th of April I needed to cancel the order because it was for a trip on the 24th they gave me a phone number that does nothing but ring and ring and ring. No one picks up,no hold music, nothing. This company is a complete scam. Don't trust them with your money and don't give them your business.

My experience so far , not good!!! My luggage was damaged in the first 6 months of use. I have submitted a claim 2 month ago, and I keep getting pushed off. There isn’t a number to contact this company, all email. My husbands was damaged as well, the dials were busted in, and he couldn’t open his suitcase for a week. Spent a lot of money on these suitcases, liked the lifetime warranty deal, but so far they haven’t kept up to their side of the bargain. Disappointed!

I don't understand how a company with a huge following has POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have sent DMs on multiple social media channels and still NO RESPONSE. The only helpful tip was to share a review on a variety of suggested websites like this in order to get ANY COMMUNICATION OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I saw a reel/tiktok stating their lack of accountability and wished I had seen it before placing an order.
I will not be ordering from this company ever again

Bought carryon and messenger bag. Cheaply made breakable plastic handles. Have been trying to return for over two weeks with multiple emails back and forth. 1st email - are you sure you want to return?
2nd email- again which items did you want to return?
3rd email - can you tell me why?
4th email - if we discount 5% do you want to keep
5th email- I’ll send a return label but I need multiple pics of each item to make sure they haven’t been used.
