Even I don't want to give this star no broker one of the shit company they hire all Orissa ppl rude ppl i order for deep machine cleaning to my bathroom but the guy came and wiped with water and went dent used muchin and this company charging machine wash amount but they dent use michen so please iam requesting ppl better' go with urban company they r more better then this shit nobroker and this is second time...

While good listings in the area that I was searching for a rental house were less, the RM Sanjay Bhargav helped finding a suitable place matching my requirements, and the Field RM Prajwal Mahindrakar assisted with property visits.

The team followed up regularly for feedbacks after visits and tailored suggestions accordingly.

This company is a fraud scheme for the tenant as well as the owner. I had taken their highest paid plan to rent out my property. They overcharge to do maintenance work, keep the property with themselves for 3 months and silently remove the property from their listing. Overall you pay heavily for maintenance of your property through their exorbitant price and loose 3 months rent also in the bargain. Not recommended at all.

I have already shared my contact details with Trustpilot feedback. Every single line is true. No consent has been given to delist my property.

My Experience with NoBroker – Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

The NoBroker customer service team is one of the worst I have ever experienced.

I am an NRI, and before purchasing a plan, I clearly explained my requirement to the NoBroker team. I needed a rental home in Chennai for only 3 months. They confidently assured me that they would find a suitable property within 2 days. Based on that promise, I purchased their premium plan for approximately ₹10,600.

However, once the payment was made, everything changed. There was absolutely no proper follow-up from their side. Days passed without any updates, and even when I contacted them repeatedly, I received no meaningful assistance. Because of their false promises, I couldn't find a home in time and ended up staying alone in a hotel, which caused me unnecessary stress and additional expenses.

After all this, a regional manager named Selva messaged me, saying that my requirement could not be matched and that they would process a refund. They then deactivated my plan, but after that, there was no update regarding the refund.

I contacted customer support multiple times, and every single time I received the same response: "We have escalated the issue to the concerned team, and they will call you." Unfortunately, I never received any callback despite following up repeatedly.

Finally, I received a call from someone named Kiran from the escalation team. The way she spoke was highly unprofessional. Initially, she informed me that I would receive only a partial refund of around ₹7,000 out of the ₹10,600 I had paid. When I asked why, she claimed that I had "used the plan" by accessing 7 owner contact numbers, and therefore they were deducting the amount.

I refused to accept this explanation. After a long discussion, they increased the refund to ₹9,200, saying they were charging ₹200 per owner contact, totaling ₹1,400 for the 7 contacts.

I then asked them to show me where this deduction policy was mentioned in their terms, privacy policy, or refund policy. Shockingly, I was told that there was no such policy and that the deduction was simply because I had viewed 7 contacts.

My question was simple: How is a customer supposed to use the service without accessing the owner's contact details? They had no answer. To make matters worse, during some of the calls, the representatives abruptly disconnected the call instead of addressing my concerns.

Overall, my experience with NoBroker has been extremely disappointing. I felt misled by their promises, received poor customer support, and had to struggle just to get a partial refund.

I strongly advise others to read all the terms carefully, keep records of every conversation, and be cautious before purchasing any paid plan based solely on verbal assurances.

I have enrolled with NoBroker for the sale of my property on three separate occasions by purchasing your sale plans. Despite completing all three terms, my flat has still not been sold, and I have not received the level of service or results that were promised at the time of enrollment.

I invested my time, trust, and money in your platform with the expectation of receiving professional assistance in finding a genuine buyer. Unfortunately, the outcome has been unsatisfactory.

Ac service is basically a scam The technician are only interested in filling ac gas which doesn't last a few months.Ac service is a big scam no broker can download the payments I have made for my ac gas refill and spares . Still they are not working working properly

Mohan Palempalli (our RM) was very helpful in managing our visits and coordinating between the owners and us. He was professional in managing our bookings and keeping us up to date on recent properties.

NoBroker's "free" owner-tenant connect is a time-wasting/Fake circus. They deliberately hide both parties' contact numbers so you can't verify anything directly — supposedly to "protect" you, but really just to keep control over the lead and generate fake leads. The field RM assigned to coordinate visits is clueless and dumb half the time, doesn't have a basic common sense of coordination, and can't get tenants to pick up calls. I've had visits "scheduled" where the tenant simply vanishes — no call, no cancellation, no explanation. A day bro multiple message and calls to get confirmation of availability on the slot. Feels less like a service and more like a lead-generation mill padding numbers to look active. If you're an owner, be ready to waste hours chasing ghosts and work with dumb peoples.
