am writing to register a strong complaint regarding my AC service under Booking ID:HS 222427149. The service provided by your team has been completely substandard, and I feel cheated.I booked an AC foam wash around April. Shortly after the service, water started leaking from the indoor unit. When I raised the issue, your technician visited again. Despite paying additional charges to the engineer for this second visit, the problem remains entirely unresolved. Water is still leaking continuously from the AC.Your technician took money from me but failed to fix the basic issue. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and poor service quality.I demand the following immediate actions:

I had a very disappointing experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers.

I booked their packing and moving service from Vasai to Pune for 5 June 2026 at 9:00 AM. Based on their confirmation, I made all necessary arrangements, including booking a private car for my family and informing my landlord that I would vacate the flat on the night of 5 June.

However, on 4 June, a NoBroker executive informed me that their vehicle had broken down and they could not come on the scheduled date. They rescheduled the move to 6 June at 9:00 AM. This caused inconvenience, but I somehow managed to rearrange things with my landlord and modify my travel plans.

The situation became much worse on 6 June when nobody arrived. When I contacted NoBroker through their in-app chat support, I was informed that they could not fulfill my booking and that only my token amount would be refunded.

Because of NoBroker's failure to provide the promised service, I suffered financial losses, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and disruption to my relocation plans. A moving company should understand that customers make important arrangements based on confirmed bookings. Canceling at the last moment and then refusing to honor the rescheduled commitment is highly unprofessional.

I would not recommend NoBroker Packers and Movers based on my experience.

Very poor cusstomer service, scammers

This is a 100% fraudulent company; they collect ₹10,000 promising to arrange a rental property but fail to get any work done even after 45 days. They are deceiving everyone in this manner—do not get scammed by this site.

No broker plan are false... Nothing is verified waste of money. No broker bamagalore.....

I mean, I feel hopeless whenever I am using the nobroker service for flat hunting.
I am getting 293462 calls a day, but are you guys checking whether the owner still wants to rent out the place?
Yet I am losing my money on contacts. The contacts which might reject you at their discretion. :)

Rubbish service of the package and there is no response for cancellation of the package

Worst experience. I have drainage issue at home . I booked slot for the morning waiting for the person to come and he didn’t turn up. When I make a call I get to know that the service person has cancelled the visit . Call center person requested to reschedule and he said shall I book in the afternoon as I had work I asked him to book for 5 pm and also once again stressed that he should come on time . I come back home postponing my things to get this thing done on priority but again after waiting till 6 I get to know that they have scheduled it after 2 days .
These people think customers are fools that initially customers can book according to slots and then they cancel on their own and charge more saying that slot is on high demand . The one who chose it is fool to wait for their turn . When you raise it to customer care they show attitude we can refund the amount. It’s just not about money it’s about our precious time as well . Will they pay back that . I will have to wait for another day with stinking drainage and find another one trusting these no broker people .

Complete BS site and app. Never use this to search for properties. Once they take the payment upfront although the name is noBroker but they charge brokerage fees for every property and then if something goes wrong they just stop answering calls and at that time you just forget about the amount you paid!! Amount that they take is equal to 60% of rent. No refund policy no cancellation charge just direct fraud!! The field manager make false promises and after payment to no broker they make you contact owner which declines to the conditions that the field manager agreed to. Complete BS never use it.

This is a fraud company, promised so many things before selling the plan, and then no one calls back, RM (Kabi) and FRM (Kiran) never picks up the call, there is no way to reach and talk to anyone. They are fraud, a bunch ofliars and cheaters, stay away from them. I got cheated twice. Please refund my money. Shared my contact details on DM on X.

i bought a relax plan and after one day they deactivated my property and blocked my number i could not call them each and every time they disconnect my call and in email reply they replied it is a noreply email..it is a scam and dont ever invest your money in this app.only AI customer care ..baal nochne jasi halat ho jayegi so dont purchase plan customers are fake ...they will blocked your number after looting you.

I booked the service on 31 May 2026 with an expected delivery date of 12 June 2026. However, my household goods were delivered only on 15 June 2026 without proper communication regarding the delay.
During the shifting process, my 52-inch LED TV was damaged due to improper handling, resulting in an estimated loss of around ₹75,000.
What is even more disappointing is that after reporting the issue and requesting compensation, my damage claim was refused instead of being properly investigated.
The entire experience caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and unnecessary stress. Customers trust service providers with their valuable belongings and expect timely delivery, professional handling, and fair resolution when damages occur.
I request NoBroker to immediately review this case, investigate the damage, and provide a fair settlement for the loss incurred.

There is no Service from No broker after paying money for Service as well complained regarding service. Nobody works for customer after taking money.
Utter waste service from no broker.
Please don't pay them.

It was good experience with no broker, I got good property through no broker, i must appreciate my RM Sanjay Bhargav who helped me through out this journey. He is very helpful and well behaved. Thank you Sanjay for your help to get the good property.

No broker package services for owners are a complete swindle. frustration after paying for premium plans, citing unhelpful Relationship Managers, unresponsive support, and outdated or inactive property listing .The RM did not respond to attract new renters.Never contacted me .Many tenants were interested, but he kept insisting he couldn't contact them.Not a single screening was booked.I escalated multiple times and wanted a refund.Worst service.It is a hoax.Stay away.please don’t waste your money.Better to ask for free leads.0 star rating

Worst app and worst service I have ever used.I paid them almost ₹10,000 so far, but I still haven’t got a single genuine tenant. Everything is fake — fake “potential tenants” and fake “interests” shown in the app. In 1 month they could arrange only 1 visit, and I strongly believe that visit was their own proxy.Do NOT trust them. Do NOT waste your money on this app and their false promises. It’s complete mis-selling.They promised my flat would be rented out within 45 days, otherwise they’d refund. Now after 15 days they’re saying “refund policy is not valid for properties above ₹1 lakh rent.” Total bait and switch.My experience has been 0/10. Stay away if you value your money and time

Horrible experience. I booked furniture move from Delhi to Chandigarh. 2 beds and 1 table. No Broker sent a mover. It was someone they located off the street. 3rd rate company. They damaged the bed badly...the head board had a big hole in it. They refused to carry the furniture to the 2nd floor even though that was where it had been booked for and they refused to assemble the bed. They dropped stuff off on the road and zoomed off without telling anyone. Complaint was made with No Broker. Zero Response. Never deal with No Broker for furniture moves.
