I bought detox patches years ago. Every few months they call to upsell me at the strangest hours of the day incl Sundays despite the fact I have each time asked them to remove my personal date. Latest call today at 10:15am on a Sunday. Same story. I am sure they won’t delete my data. I can’t block them as they use a different number each time.

This is a Chinese setup that have no customer support, and the quality of their products are absolutely terrible.
If you wish to return the products you have purchased the total cost of carriage is your responsibility and they have to be returned to China, which means they are not a London based company, and in my mind are trading dishonesty.

They are a scam! Have been reported to Visa as fraud.
Do not buy anything from them. They also trade under differnt names e.g. resplendenty.com and themilanolondon.co.uk. Depending where you are they claim to be local but are based in China

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is NOT London based. I waited weeks as they were shipped from China. The sizing is laughable - I ordered XXL shorts and the waist is 28" !!!! They refuse to refund the item offering a 15% discount. They would not honour their claimed policy of refund within 30 days.
This is now in the hands of my Credit Card company, please do not be fooled by the high end looking website - It's a sham and a scam

Scam company. Dreadful service, wrong shirt, wrong colour. Almost impossible too return as they've deliberately never sent an email with the order number on! AVOID.

They are a scam company ordered a shirt for my husband weeks ago not delivered. Do not answer mails. Time to get this information out there about this dodgy company.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. This company is NOT London based. I bought two items and waited weeks as they were shipped from China. They refused to refund the items in the meantime and I had missed the window for a statutory refund of 14 days. They would not honour their claimed policy of refund within 30 days. When they turned up, the sizing on one was way off and the item was unwearable. I'm now facing the question of whether to cut my losses and chalk it up to experience, or risk returning an item at my cost and potentially sending good money after bad. If you have ordered already and are within your 14 days, don't delay in asking for a refund (see money saving expert for details of your rights). If you haven't already ordered, I would advise against any dealings with these people - clearly not trustworthy!

A company name that is claiming to be British. The products actually come from China. Extremely poor quality and workmanship. After complaining several times I was offered a discount on another product. Yet again poor workmanship and inferior quality. They offer a full refund within 30 days but the customer has to pay for postage to China. No telephone number to contact them. This is not an environmentally friendly company as they are producing in China. Beware at all costs, the website clothing looks beautiful but it is absolute rubbish

Absolutely atrocious. Sizes are inaccurate and then when you try and return an item they initially refuse then say the buyer has to pay postage to China, how misleading for a company called Nobu LONDON!! DO NOT USE, basically steal your money!!

CHEAP QUALITY AND WHEN I ASKED TO RETURN IT TOOK WEEKS TO GET A RETURN ADDRESS..THEY KEPT SAYING GET IT OFF THEIR WEBSITE AND WEBSITE SAYS TO EMAIL FOR IT! DESPITE RESERVATIONS I PAID £17 TO RETURN THE ITEM AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY RECEIPT OR PROVIDE REFUND!! ABSOLUTE CON!!

Please, please, do not order clothing from this company! If you check on Trustpilot reviews of a company called Nouvo-London you will see that Nobu-London is in fact the same company, their website is identical. They have rebranded themselves to avoid hundreds of bad
reviews posted about them. I did receive 2 shirts which I had ordered after seeing an Instagram advert,
the fabric is really synthetic,
and looks nothing like it does in their
publicity photos. As others have
pointed out, their customer service is
obviously nonexistent. I tried
emailing to arrange a refund, with no
response. They have also posted
false Trustpilot reviews which do not
exist. Please, please, steer clear!!

The item appears to be in a similar quality to what i expected. Is it a little cheaply made? sure.. but it's not too bad. Time will tell! I will be washing the item soon to see if any colour runs off of it. i'll upgrade to 3 out of 5 for now, however they really do need to remove their truspilot scores on their website because those are FAKE and thats completely illegal and false advertising! upgraded to 3/5 which is very generous given the circumstance.

The item did indeed arrive much to my surprise, and looked like the item on their site. I have yet to try or see them in person (misses took pictures for me). I'll be home today to check them in person. For now I'll upgrade to 2/5. They did eventually reply to my emails but they are usually quite slow. I hear you have to pay for return shipping which is a shame and I can't speak on personally experience for a refund (unless this happens). But hearing other people, seems like they didn't get their money back. They did also reply to me about the trustpilot not being up yet officially. If not why put a fake one on the website? That's very disingenuous! They need to remove it from their website and make it clear items come from China and this store is China based. Once these are done then they will get 4 or 5 as their rating. For now I will keep at 2 and only raise to 3 if they look to be play and fit me.

They don't seem to respond to emails sent during working hours and they display trustpilot score on their page to be very good when in fact they don't even have a trustpilot page showing such a score. In fact I'm the first to review the site! They have been advertising this site using Instagram. Please be careful, this is most likely a scam site and will see what happens to my item when it comes (if it ever does). This review will change if the experience is positive.
