NO SERVICE No Bull Blinds
We purchased No Bull Blinds some time ago and, on a visit, a grandchild tangled the pull chain, and I have to reach right up to the pully to move the blind. This was a minor inconvenience till I torn tendons in my shoulder (I am 80 years old). I was hoping that if at any time No Bull Blinds had an installer in the Maroubra neighborhood, he could drop in a fix it. It is a very easy two-minute fix for someone who is more competent than I am. The response I received was that our purchase is out of warranty and a service call would cost us $160. Unreasonable in our view, the company offers free quotes; is it too much in the circumstances to ask to receive a little good-will service?
